I've met Jo three times after years of waiting. I'd waited for her afew times during S Club but they're security was always so tight. so when she went solo i finally met her!!
I'll just copy and paste my review which i have on my site! :
Where : Backstage of Culzean Castle
When : 13th August 2005
This is the day i first got to meet Jo. It started off, me and my two mates Martina and Amy travelled by car to Ayrshire where the gig was being held - there was only going to be 5 performers at this event - Girls Aloud, Darius , The Noise Next Door , D-Side and ofcourse Jo. So when we got there, we went to the front and waited for abit. Then D-Side came on..and while they were performing, my Dad came over and said we had been invited backstage. It turns out my Dad had bumped into one of the security guards who my Dad knew from awhile back, and my dad had been telling him about how much of a Jo fan i was and that i had a gift for her. So the security guard had went and told Jo, and she had insisted on us going backstage before her performance to meet her. So once D-Side came off stage, the Security guard took me Martina and Amy backstage to an area full of caravan type bunkers - so we waited outside one of them, then Jo stepped out along with her mate/PA Cindy. She came right over to me and gave me a cuddle, and we spoke for about 10 minutes and got some picture's and autographs. I also gave her the present i had for her , which was a big folder full of scarps and memorabilia which i'd collected during the s club days. After that, me Amy and Martina went back out to watch Jo perform and she seen our banner and kept waving and blowing kisses at us which was amazing. After her performance, the security guard came out and found my dad and handed him a letter from Jo that she wanted me to have. It was thanking me for the present and hoping that we meet again soon. So above all, it was a great day and Jo is absolutly lovely - she NEVER refuses a picture or autograph for any fan and always has plenty to say to her fans. She's also very tiny and is so much prettier up close that on photo's!
Where : Outside Strathclyde University
When : 22nd September 2005
This is the Second time i got to meet my Idol. This was a surprise for me, as i didn't know i was going to be going until the night before. On this day, i had exams during the day - so my parents surprised me the night before by telling me that They would take me and a mate along to see Jo. So on the night, me and my mate Aimee went along to the Uni, and waited outside for about 2 hours waiting on Jo to arrive from the airport. When she finally arrived - Bradley was with her as he was performing aswell. So we went over to both of them and Jo gave me a big cuddle and asked how i was etc.. i also got some picture's and autographs from both of them, and so did Aimee. As usual Jo was absolutly lovely again, and i had told her that i was coming to the signing she was doing in afew days, so she said she would look out for me. After about 5 minutes of chatting, Jo was being shouted at by security to hurry up and go in, but never-the-less, Jo still waited untill we had finished speaking to her, and while she was running up the Uni steps, she turned round and let me take a quick picture of her before she dissapeared for her performace, and she shouted 'bye' as she went through the university doors.
Where : CD Signing at HMV in Edinburgh

This is the Third and final time i got to meet Jo. I went along to her signing at HMV in Edinburgh, which took place the day her first single was being released. Jo performed 'What Hurts The Most' and 'Relentless' before sitting down and signing for fans. During her performance, Jo spotted me as i told her afew days previously that i was coming, and she waved at me. Then when i went over to her table to get her to sign my CD, she gave me a big cuddle and told me how nervous she was about the release of the single, and i told her she'd be fine as shes just simply the best. She also had a quick little chat with my Mum, and this was the first time My mum had met Jo so now my Mums a new Jo fan haha! On our way out, Jo shouted bye to us and gave a wave, and that was the last time i saw Jo :-( If i knew if would have been the last time, then i would have spent longer at the signing - but oh well, hopefully i'll meet her again soon. And i'm very lucky to have met her 3 times - so i'm very greatful.
