|We regret to announce that Into Narnia has closed. |
As you may have noticed, we’ve decided the site could use a little bit of an overhaul. If you notice any problems with the skin, please make sure to let one of the admins know.
We’re cleaning up old apps, weeding out the inactive members. If you plan on sticking around, invite out some friends, tell people about us.
In an attempt to show the common people that Caspian is a king for all Narnians and Telmarines alike and not solely the nobles as his usurping uncle was, Caspian has taken the advice of his advisors and friends and a feast open to all has been arranged.
All are welcome to participate – humans, talking beasts, Narnians and Telmarines, nobility and the poor.

THERE’S A PLACE OUT THERE FOR US MORE
than just a prayer or anything you’ve ever dreamed
• Studying Narnian history
• New things
• Bow and arrow
dislikes: list at least 10, either vertically or horizontally. please try to make them diverse, see above list.
strengths: list at least 5, either vertically or horizontally. try to keep them varied and don’t list the same strength several times in different ways.
weaknesses: list at least 5, either vertically or horizontally. a good character is a flawed character, so try to give them some real weaknesses. things people could exploit, ways that they can grow.
others: things like quirks, habits, dreams, goals, etc. try to give us at least 5, either vertically or horizontally.
personality: please try to include 2-3 well written paragraphs. note that a paragraph often consists of 5-7 sentences minimum. if you have shorter paragraphs, you’ll need more of them. the focus however isn’t on quantity, but quality. try to be concise and articulate. attempt to include the things listed above, particularly strengths and weaknesses. give us a good idea of what makes this person tick. sometimes it’s easier to write the history first, because by doing that, you know what events in this character’s life might have shaped them, and how those events would have influenced their personality.
WE’LL FIND WHAT WE’VE BEEN WAITING FOR
when these broken hands are whole again
father: first middle and last name, age, occupation, living or dead
mother: first middle and last name, age, occupation, living or dead
siblings: first middle and last name, age, occupation, living or dead
first middle and last name, age, occupation, living or dead
first middle and last name, age, occupation, living or dead – repeat as necessary
aunts and uncles: you only need mention if they’re important, follow same format as above. if none listed, remove this particular section.
cousins: you only need mention if they’re important, follow same format as above. if none listed, remove this particular section.
grandparents: you only need mention if they’re important, follow same format as above. if none listed, remove this particular section.
other: other people of significance. feel free to add things like wife, children, etc to the list. change “other” to the title of relation.
history: please try to include 4-5 well written paragraphs. note that a paragraph often consists of 5-7 sentences minimum. if you have shorter paragraphs, you’ll need to have more of them. the focus however isn’t on quantity, but quality. try to be concise and articulate. one of the best ways to do history is to make yourself a little outline, possibly breaking it down into ‘pre-birth’ (optional, it’s to give the reader an idea of what sort of family situation your character has been born into), ‘infancy’ (so from when they’re born until they’re maybe two or three years old), ‘childhood’ (two or three years old until ten or twelve), ‘teenage years’ (from ten/twelve to either where they are now, or until eighteen or nineteen) and ‘adult’ (end of teen, till present). not all of those options might apply to you. they do not each need to be a separate paragraph and some of those sections might take up more than one paragraph. it’s just to get your thought process going and have a solid idea of what happened to your characters and when.
other notes: do you have anything else that needs to be said about your character? anything that we ought to know or understand?
