I've got this idea for a group of friends, loosely based (very loosely!) around the group of ladies from Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof. For those of you that haven't seen the flick, there's two separate groups of women involved, but I don't see why we couldn't merge them, depending on interest. They are girls around their mid twenties onward, who are just sort of living life, loving life, and trying to get by. Not hardcore partiers, but knowing how to have a good time. Don't worry if you want a girl, but haven't seen the movie - but do go watch it eventually for your soul. It's awesome.I don't have any specific group plot in mind - I just think it'd be awesome to have a group of gritty, badass little ladies running around, maybe causing some trouble. She hates being called out on her fears, and will do almost anything to prove that she's not afraid."The Shanna" - Suggested face: Jordan Ladd - Little Miss "Listens" to Daddy - OPEN! "Shanna" is the most spoiled of the group, with a wealthy father who owns a lakehouse. She "listens" to him when he tells her what to do, and makes every promise to obey, but often gets led astray by her friends."The Abernathy" - Suggested face: Rosario Dawson - Little Miss Morality - OPEN!"Abernathy" is the goody-two shoes of the group - or about as good as good can get with these ladies. She's a single mom who believes in hard work and respecting herself. She's realistic about life, but deep down, is a romantic soul."The Kim" - Suggested face: Tracie Thoms - Little Miss Foul-Mouthed Hardass - OPEN! "Kim" is rude, crude, and unafraid to kick ass and take names. She's a bit guarded and hard to get close to, but once you've become her friend, she's your bestie for life. She's closest with "Zoe" in the group."The Lee" - Suggested face: Mary Elizabeth Winstead - Little Miss Innocent Ditz - OPEN!"Lee" is like the little sister of the group. She's a little ditzy and sometimes woefully ignorant about life. She wants to be well liked and tries, sometimes too hard, to be nice to everyone."The Zoe" - Suggested face: Zoe Bell - Little Miss Adrenaline Junkie - OPEN!"Zoe" is "Kim"'s best friend, and is the adrenaline fueled tomboy who has seen way too many action flicks for her own good.
