ezra antonio castillo ! 25. LOCAL. AUBREY GRAHAM. What style of Music do you like or listen to the most? (ex. hip-hop, pop, rock, electronica, etc.)I'm mostly a hip-hop fan, but that's probably easy to figure when you take into consideration the music I produce and the artists that I manage. I love R&B as well. Those two generally alternate between being my first and second favorite genres. I can appreciate country too, believe it or not. I love the stories they tell in their songs. As far as pop, most of it is bullshit nowadays, but I can listen to some of it. What song are you currently obsessed with?Right now I'm riding with Mercy by Kanye West. Between the beat, the verses.... just everything. That song is audio perfection. Exactly why dude is one of my main influences as far as producing goes. If you want to travel, where is the one place you want to visit the most?I do a lot of traveling. I've been lucky enough to do quite a bit of it actually. I prefer warmer places, near the water, so places like Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago... almost anywhere in the Caribbean. I've been to the ones listed above, but I'd love to visit them all. At the top of my list though is Greece. Call me a nerd, but I used to love ancient Greek history when I was younger and the culture of the place still intrigues me to this day. I'd love to visit Crete, especially. What are your hobbies? They vary from day to day depending on what I'm in the mood for. Producing is obviously one of them. I'd probably still be doing that even if I couldn't profit off it. I can spend hours on end in the studio. I ball a little bit too. Basketball. I like to keep current with my reading; books, magazines, journals and things of that nature. Partying. Shit, I'm still young and I like to let loose on the regular. Not saying I'm getting white boy wasted on a weekly basis, but I'm no stranger to the club. What is your most recent favorite memory? My whole family took a trip to Barcelona over the holidays to visit my grandparents. I was only able to stay for a couple of days, but I was around for my grandfather's birthday on December 28th. Old man turned 91, still kicking like a young buck. There's nothing more hilarious than an old Spanish man telling you to "watch out for those hoes" over cake and ice cream, I assure you.5 things you love about your life: My job. Most people can't say that, and I'm glad that I can. Getting paid to do something that I would do for free... there's no beating that.My family. It's cliche, but they're my backbone. I don't keep in touch with them as much as I could or should, but there's no way I would be the man that I am today without them.My history. It hasn't always been hugs and rainbows and shit, but there's not a thing I would change about my life up until now. My music. Self-explanatory. My money. Not saying I'm a materialistic dude, but cash sure does make everything else a lot easier to deal with and I can't lie, I like to floss sometimes. -chuckles-What is something new that you want to try? Something you havent done before.Sushi. It's nothing outrageous or anything, but I've just never gotten around to it. I've had plenty of opportunities to try it, but all the other food options at the time trumped raw fish and seaweed. I think I'll make a visit to a sushi bar in the near future though. Is there something you are looking forward to in the near future?I generally just look forward to tomorrow. Anyone that knows me well knows that I can be really random and spontaneous. Planning things makes life boring and predictable. You get too comfortable with your shit and that's when you start making mistakes. I prefer to act on whatever floats my boat on any given day. But I guess I'm looking forward to the summer as a whole. It's always a really busy time for me and my artists with all the concerts, album releases, promo trails and whatnot. So, nothing specific at this point. EL. EASTERN. PM.
