Name: Alexandra Circe Celestina

Residence: A small cottage on the outskirts of Cheshire.
Wand: Ebony and Unicorn hair, eight and a half inches, quite springy.
Pet: Tawny owl named Aden (male).

Appearance: Her long lack hair reaches down past her slender waist, and is often restrained in a loose pony-tail. When curled it falls in drifts and waves down her back, sleek as a raven's wing. Her peircing blue eyes sparkle with mischeif, but also wih courage and a steely heart. She has a slight figure, but is not unusually tall of thin. The most part of her weight is made up of muscle, making her athletic and a fast runner.

Personality: Alex is a loyal friend, and her loose connection with the Malfoys is hard to belive, for this gil could not be futher from the gaunt, pinched, selfish members of that family. Few will ever see her upset, and her take on life is happy-go-lucky. But underneath the careless, trouble-making exterior is a brave and caring person just waiting to be revealed.

Boggart: Fire.
Patronus: A panther.

Family: Her mother (Lilith Gazini) and father (Richard Celestina) married a few years after the second war had ended. Her mother was a second cousin twice removed from Draco Malfoy, but much like Sirius Black resented her ancestry. Her father came from a small but old pureblood family, and met her mother when they were in their last year of Hogwarts.

History: Alexandra has lived a fairly sheltered life, being brought up in the 'golden age' of the wizarding world - the dark lord had been vanquished, and her life was very much centered around her family. She was very close to her two brothers, James and Luke, and her childhood was typical of the older pureblood familes, revolving around magic.

Secrets about your character, their hopes and dreams, anything we should know about them: Since early childhood Alex has wanted to be the Gryfindor seeker, following in the footsteps of her father and brothers. Her family have all been sorted into Gryfindor, and she fears she will not be, despute the warnings of her older brothers (who are both in their last year of Hogwarts).

Special Ability: Alexandra is exeptional at all sports, exelling at Quidditch from an early age. She is a fast runner, and is very fit for a girl of her age. However, other than that she is nothing out of the ordinary.

Additional Information: Alexandra is a bit of a tomboy, and prefers to be adressed as Alex rather than her full name. Though she is undoubtedly brave and not in the least stupid, she has a tendency to cause trouble, and is a huge practical joker.

Strengths: Alexandra shows all the traits of a true Gryfindor - she is brave, strong, and loyal to all those who befriend her.
Weaknesses: hough not thick, she can let her mind slip in lessons, and although she is a hard worker she has a memory like a seive at times.

What do you value above everything else? She values her friends and family above all other things, and would do anything to protect them.

What is your pet peeve? Alexandra is greatly annoyed by people who use their status - usually pureblood - to make out that they are better than others.

Alex trailed her fingers in the cool water. Tomorrow she would be leaving for Hogwarts for the first time. She pictured the new books and cauldron, already stored in her trunk in the hall downstairs, alongside her brother's, and Aden, her owl, upstairs in his shiny new cage, ready for tomorrow's journey.
She steered the boat slightly to the left to avoid a grindylow that had surfaced wearing an evil smirk. Batting the creature away gently with an oar, She sank back into her daydreams. No sooner had she lay back in the boat the think about the journey ahead, than james swooped low over the pond, spraying her with water. "JAMES!" She cried, shaking the water of her thin summer robes. He tossed her her broomstick and a small golen ball. "Come and help us practise, we need someone to practise our dodging on." Alex smiled, and jumping onto the boom, she caught the tiny snitch in her hands and flew off. "You'll have to catch me first!"
