Word

I looked through all the galleries I possibly could

ones that were posted on the a-kon website anyway

and that's all I found. Haw.

I mean we could have been in the WAY-background of other pictures but that'd be...really difficult to pick out

here's something though

http://icecoldmisakaiba.deviantart.com/art...ooker-127732511

Yeah that's a fairly passable Looker. Good thing he's got that Croagunk, otherwise everyone would mistake him for another Doctor Who cosplayer

wat at the comment though

they're not even in the same game

what are you talking about I don't even

You mean me? Uh...I guess kinda

I was looking for pictures of my Sora cosplay, pictures of Tay's Rorschach cosplay, or just...pictures we happened to be in...in general

those two pictures are of the third variety

The second one you can see all four of us in, even

Tay's in front of me, and the dudes in brown shirt and white shirt/black hat are also our group

Boo, I never get to go to cons.

Yay, it's Blue! biggrin.gif *loves her* Not as much as I love Yellow though.

...Blue/Looker? wtf?

Also: blue in FRLG looks pretty different than in RGBY

They are an awesome Squall and Tifa

Plenty of awesome cosplays were at A-Kon

And don't worry man because SOMEDAY

CONVENTION OF SOME SORT. MOST LIKELY ANIME.

EVERYBODY.

I'll make sure of it

as for Blue looking different, pff I dunno why

I guess...even though the manga is more similar to the games...it's still not exactly the same universe? Eh.

and Blue/Looker comes out of friggin NOWHERE so I guess it's crack shipping

Less cracky than the ones that do crossovers between completely different fandoms

maybe the Blue cosplayer and Looker cosplayer were girlfriend and boyfriend

Well, quite a bit of time passes between RGBY and FRLG so that probably has something to do with it.

Yeah that would make sense

I was thinking like...the game art probably wouldn't take designs from the manga

or maybe it would I don't know

If it would/already has, then the time passing reasoning is most likely.

...wait I thought Fire Red and Leaf Green were supposed to be the same as Red and Green but with more islands, so basically the retelling of one story. Otherwise why/how would the trainers be getting their first Pokemon a second time...?

...gaahhhh confusing

suffice to say that if time does in fact pass between RBGY and FRLG, then that would explain Blue looking completely different

if not then there's probably no real reason.

In the manga, time passes. Not the games.

Well then I guess

uh

I'ma stick with the games probably not taking character designs from the manga.

unless they did.

Other way around. The manga are based on the games.

Oh goddamn it. Saw VI. STOP IT.

Yeah I thought so

so I guess the change would come from "oh now the character is in the game and she looks like that, let's make corresponding outfit changes"

...or some dang thing

what more sequels

Not particularly interested in Saw but friggin sequel after sequel

it has to stop somewhere gosh

*snorts*

Oh random: Hikari has a cyndaquil now. This makes me happy. Not happy enough to watch the episode, but I watched the scene where it hatches. Cute times.

anyway: I love Saw (the first one). And the second one was watchable. Mostly because John was sexy. But it's the new Halloweenmoviething. I think they're working on 7 now.

It makes me want to die inside.

Stalking people via cons is definitely something that should be looked into further.

And seriously, ya'll GOTS ta come to Otakon sometime. The Digimon cosplayers there are AWESOME!

Funny story about Otakon man, it turns out we're pretty much the same distance from it

also someone at Geneseo reserved sweet hotel rooms for the next Otakon and asked if people wanted in on that. I'm not going cuz like...well mainly cuz I'm not at Geneseo right now.

Yeah, it probably wouldn't be fair for me to jump in and be all "HEY I'M GONNA TAKE UP A SPOT EVEN THOUGH RIGHT NOW I LIVE LIKE AN HOUR FROM GENESEO"

especially since I have yet to get back into college, don't have a car or job, etc.

pretty much every reason ever dictates that I should conserve money and not go anywhere.

If I could get out there, maybe. As it is, though, I have to get help just to drive up to Virginia sad.gif
