Note that members of the Order of the Phoenix and Death Eaters, as well as neutrals, are allowed to be part of the Ministry of Magic, even if they aren't under the heading. When you register, use the characters full name, not nickname (eg- Ginevra Weasley, not Ginny Weasley). Also, if a characters age is filled in with a question mark or their alumni is unknown, then you are allowed to create it yourself. Be reasonable though.
