The Farthing Fox Award Final!, The 2007 fw.net Special Award

Well here we are, we seem to get worse and worse at the timing of these awards each year :rolleyes:, but here at last is the final category awaiting your votes.

The Farthing Fox Special Award. This is an award for long serving members of the forum who you think have made major contributions to its continued success and well-being, you could think of it I suppose as a sort of lifetime achievement award. From a list of seventeen possible nominees selected by the Awards Team you chose three members to go through to the final:

Once again here are the rules for these award finals. They are pretty much the same as those seen in previous finals but make sure you are familiar with them none the less. Instructions on how to vote in this final can be found below the rules.

1. If you are one of the three nominees or are not a member of the forum (guests) you are not allowed to vote.
2. You are only allowed to vote once, any duplicate votes or emails with votes for more than one person or persons not on the list will be discounted.
3. Please do not create additional member accounts in order to produce more votes. For one thing, where’s the need? The Award Hosts will be on the look out for any of this sort of thing, to be honest I don’t really expect anyone to do anything like that but I thought it worth mentioning.
4. Please do not try to campaign for peoples votes, this includes trying to get people to vote for you, trying to convince members to vote for certain people or trying to find out who others have voted for before deciding who you are going to vote for.
5. Please do not post who you are voting for in this thread or anywhere on the forum as it may influence the votes of others.

To vote in this catagory please send me a PM or an email - either through the link in my profile or to the address lutra921@gmail.com - clearly stating both your forum name and the one finalist you are voting for. I will send a reply confirming I have recieved your vote when I get it so be sure to get in contact with me if you don't recieve one.

Note: Please DON'T try to email me using the address listed as my MSN address as I have long since abandoned it due to the amount of junk mail it gets. Thank you.

The deadline for this category will be Sunday the 27th of April at 23:00 GMT. Please try to make sure you have your votes in by then.

But anyway on an official note, voting is now closed, though late votes may still be accepted for a time.

Thank you everyone who voted in this and all the other finials and nominations thread, I am currently trying to engineer having the winners posted this comming weekend but if I can't do that (i.e. if the rest of the hosts don't get back to me about the scheduling in time) then I'll just try and get them organised as soon as possible. In any case I'll keep you posted.
