The rules for our face claim are this - if someone is using a face, you can not use it. If they want to have a twin, that is their choice, not yours. You need to ask them, and if they say no, pick a different face. Make sure your character is age appropriate, you don't need a thirty year old playing a seventeen year old, it is not realistic. No myspace people or anyone else you found off of the internet. You need to be able to know their first and last name and do an easy photo search on them. Lastly, we do not do face reserves. Faces are on a first come, first serve, basis. So get your app done if you really want a face. If you fail to claim your face you risk losing it to someone else!
