Welcome to Dreaming in Gold, a literate and up roleplaying community based on the Winter Olympics.
Every four years, the pinnacle of winter sports occurs, inviting in athletes from all over the world. The best of the best compete in these games, setting records and making firsts every day. But outside of the competition is drama. Friendships, relationships, and enemies and rivals galore. Some people let this get to them, but some prefer to be dreaming in gold.

well hi y'all! (: I'm hannah, the creator/runner of this site, and i'm very lazy.
so this is not going to look pretty AT ALL. (: i'll doctor it up some day but for
now...yeah no.
anyways. hi. in a short overview, i love music, writing, spending way too much
time in front of my computer, procrastinating, looking at pretty male models,
french, hilarious tv shows (like community), talk shows (like the tonight show with
jay leno. i don't like conan), eating, and occasionally trying to make myself a
healthy little bean.
i live in the state of minnesota. yeah, it's cold up here. i don't like it at all but
hey...whatever. i know once i move i'll miss it. uh, maybe. otherwise i don't have
much to say about where i live. it's boring.
music...oh gosh i love music so much. but i can't even think of my favorite music
right now. i go through phases of favorite artists. right now i'm feelin the lady gaga
and 3oh!3 vibe. but that'll change eventually.
yeah, i basically love the winter olympics. hence why this site was born! because
i got bored while watching biathlon and curling...while waiting for speed skating. if i
was an athlete i'd wanna be a speed skater, but i'd be a really bad sport so i'd
probably end up playing hockey. cuz i'd hit people. and that's not legal in speed
skating but oh, it's so legal in hockey. basically. (:
i really in actuality don't know anything about sports minus what i research. so
yeah, way too much research went into this site. (i call it homework
procrastination.)
well that's me in a nutshell, or 6 paragraphs if you want to get technical. (:
