For the details as to why and what not This article pretty much sums it up. I do apologize to those that use it.

I'm glad to say that the Thunder Arcade is now the project under construction! The Control Center has been finished, and it's time to move to building the Thunder Arcade! Bare with me, as it will not take as long to do the Arcade as it did to do the Control Center.
