ooc:: Kite!! BIG MUSE yippee!
Stranger to Life...

There was something in the trees, in the movement of the Earth that made her feel lost and confused. Her mind couldn't handle the fact that she was alone at the moment. She needed a shoulder to lean against, for once in her life. The war, the blood, the bodies, her father. Since when had life been so complicated? After all hadn't Kite stood there with her, at the edge of the feild, and saw the blood fly, the wolves fall, the power rush.

The violence was horrid, all the wolves they seemed to not understand anything. They just fought, because they were ordered to and now they're dead. Those idiotic gods. She hissed unhappily, what was those gods. Thinking that they could control their lives. She understood that they were powerful, and yet they seemed to pathetic, using those innocent wolves like that. If that Keltik hadn't come along, none of this would have happened.

He had caused all the confusion. He had killed so many wolves, forced her father to bleed and her aunt to suffer pain. He disgusted her. Life would flourish here, but there was a war. It made sense though. The way things had happened. Everything had been leading up to this, after Koterez and Tabachi seperated into different packs, wanting order in their own different ways. They knew that he would come, and cause these problems.

She sighed heavily, her golden orbs looking at the ground as she walked lazily through the woods that caused her mind to race wild. Aunt Tabachi, she really made no sense. Hovering over her empty pack, thinking someone might come and take over as alpha. She appeared stupid. But was she, maybe she had hope. But her father, that god that seemed to never care about the world until it came down to females. What good had he done for her. Bringing her into the world. He wouldn't have died one way or another, if she had been there or not.

Something rushing and cold, it was a freezing feeling and the female jumped back suddenly.Blinking surprised, she looked down. Water that froze before her eyes, seemed to take no heed of the unwelcome incomer and continued to sweep by. Xenos shrugged as she realized that she was surrounded by water and snow. How far had she gone really?

She was actually happy that the water was there. It woke her up, out of her angry thoughts. She sighed, her shoulders rising and falling with her breath. She wasn't sure if she wanted to see anyone in the land. It would make things more confusing. People would be looking for power again. It would just cause problems. She was happy with Kite. He was her best friend. They went through a lot of things together. The war, they stood side by side. They were blocked out from it.

She sighed, she wanted to talk to Kite. She didn't know where he was though, and that made life a whole lot harder. She sighed, like it mattered anymore. She couldn't do much to change the past.

ooc: woot! its been so long since we've RPed~

I think i need a new table x3

Being in the night in the springs was almost like being colorblind. It was aloof, shadowy, frigid and utmost, wet. He hated every last second of it. The grasses were weaved into tangled disarray; the grey, blemished stones that lined to walls, flavorless and the air damp and cold. The bed of water was rippling from the small cascade of water. The night was unmoving; mind the soft crunches of dried ginger leaves that crumpled under his feet. It was mid-autumn and the terrain was deteriorating but the spring still kept its elegance and secrecy. Little light filtered through the dense clouds and the area was smoldered in darkness.

Kite stood in stark contrast to the pitch black. He was not a particularly striking wolf, his coat bland and size perhaps a slight smaller than the average male. But his limbs were long and fur fanned riotously in all directions, and so the fact was obscured. In the darkness however he was like a spirit, his feet gliding lightly across the thick underbrush and his ebony stare, still, as always. He wandered aimlessly, as always.

The soft sound of water trickling caught his ear and his mind flooded with memories. Raquel. He caught himself before his muse went too far and his mind too engrossed to mind what was happening elsewhere. Whenever he turned his mind to her, he seemed to shut everything else out. Touching upon the subject was like throwing himself into a pool of very cold water. He knew exactly what he needed at the moment, another presence, someone who would not fry but keep him occupied with other things.

Xenos.

She was different, they both had scars and neither would speak much of them. He did however puzzle over his relations with the femme. She was a sort of comfort to him, they made a rather odd pair of friends. Neither of them was a big talker but they went through trials together and simply being in her presence could content him. He shook the thoughts out of his head. There was no point in thinking about her, it had been so long, he didn’t even know where she had wandered and maybe she’d found herself a pack. His paws slid into the water noiselessly into the azure water and his head dipped into the liquid, tongue lapping up as much water as he could. The moisture was welcoming.

Splash, he could hear the advance of another and his nerves flared up and he felt a deep rumbling in his throat. He may as well been trampled by a moose and it wouldn’t have done as much damage.

She caught his eye. Xenos? In the darkness he could barely trace the margin of her figure. “Hey.” His voice was tedious as if he had expected to find himself here and with her and yet unsure of his luck. Gradually, a quiet smile spread over his face and his eyes danced in amusement. He was relieved to see her. He glanced quickly at her and he frowned gravely. She seemed vexed, troubled, and he almost asked her if anything was wrong but caught himself before the words slipped from his mouth. Instead, “How are you?” he asked, cocking his head to the side.

Stranger to Life...

It had been almost a week, since these thoughts had creeped into her head. They had taken up every moment of her time. All she thought of was, what if more came. Once more there would be chaos. She sighed. She had to let it go, let it slide. If no one had come for two years, why would anyone come now? Or was she being ignorant. Anything could happen, after all.

The night seemed to have no affect on her. She walked slowly. Unsure of how this would end. She shook her head. Snap out of it! her soul screamed. But that seemed impossible. She tried to turn her thoughts away from the future. When more people came. She thought of different flowers she had seen growing in the valley. She couldn't remember what they were called. They were red, and swirly. Ahh yes, roses. Beautiful roses. They expressed love. Or so she was told by Tabachi, when she was younger.

She smiled to herself, things were turning around. Life wasn't going to be easy from here on out. Her gut feeling told her so. Her instincts didn't fail her yet. Her head jerked as she smelled someone. Kite? Of course. Who else could it be. She exhaled unhappily. Ignorance was once more filling her head. Why wouldn't she just admit the fact that soon, they wouldn't be alone in Clandestine.

She sighed, but her face relaxed, when she was sure that it was Kite. It was nice to see him. He had always been a very reassuring figure in her life. "Hey Kite..." she said calmly. Her lips forming a small smile. Her golden eyes watching him. He seemed to be somewhat upset. His frown, told her that something was bothering, but she didn't understand what. She didn't care to ask, if he wanted to tell her, then he would. It had always been like that.

She nodded gently "Been thinking a lot lately..how about you?" she replied. It was true she had been thinking a lot, but she had said it in a lot lighter mood, then she had expected to. Strange. When she was around him, she was much calmer and more relaxed. She was happy.
