The main attraction is of course the lavish swimming pool on the fifth floor (basically the best perk for prefects). Also here is the Room of Requirement, flanked by the storage room.

Grounds
The grounds of Hogwarts are expansive, and many students lay out on the lawn to relax or study. The Forbidden Forest and the Black Lake are also open to exploration, though surprisingly few take the opportunity.
