Ambrose Selwynpureblood -- slytherin -- 6th yearambrose is the oldest of the selwyn siblings and the only in slytherin. because of this, he's been drawing closer and closer to the riddle gang, much to the worry of aggie & algie. the selwyns are a very well off family, but they've never really been a notorious in the pureblood circles. ambrose, although initially not a purist, has grown rather conservative, which forced augusta to put even more effort into her proper pureblood lady facade around ambrose, which probably isn't so solid now that she's been made VP of dueling club.
even tough he's slowly beggining to worry her, augusta adores her older brother and really looks up to him. besides, ambrose would be a wonderful character so someone should make him plz!!! here and here are links to other requests for mr selwyn =)
Algernon "Algie" Selwynpureblood -- gryffindor -- 4th year Algernon is the youngest of the Selwyn siblings. Because of this, he's had less responsabilities and expectations to live up to than Ambrose, and is mostly an annoying teenager boy (when not forced into dreadful parties), whose main concerns are quidditch, winged horse derbys and pulling ridiculous pranks on people.
He's not blind to Ambrose's gradual change of personality, and it is a subject frequently discussed with his sister. Despite his young years, Algie has rare moments of clarity and can offer quite good insight and advice from time to time, even if it is almost alway followed by some sort of annoying joke.
Algie is a very straight forward individual, and quite talented in Herbology. In the future, he will throw Neville down the stairs and into a lake to appease his sister's concerned that he might be a squib, shares neville's love for herbology and gives his nephew Trevor the Toad and a Mimbulus Mimbletonia plant.
