the rules ,
1. This is pretty simple. Register with a first name and last name, all in caps. It'll look something like JAMES KIRK. We don't want to see shit like JAMES TIBERIUS KIRK or JIMMY T. KIRK OR OMGKIRKK2451. Easy, right? As for the names themselves, please try to pick something appropriate. We don't want QUEENIE AXEMUDERER or something ridiculous like that. And as for your vampires, bear in mind the time period they were turned. There were no Aidans in the 1700s. JS.
2. We kind of have a minimum word count for posts. We're not Post Nazis, okay, I swear. All we asks is that your posts have at least 400 words. That is not hard. It might seem like a feat all its own, but seriously, it won't kill you. One liners move the plot along faster and all, but giving at least 400 provides your partner with about three, juicy paragraphs to respond to. It's a pretty nice gesture, we'd like to think.
3. Read the extra info we've provided for you before you ask a million questions. Believe it or not, the information might actually be in there.
4. For the love of God, no Disney kids, scenesters and the like. We're picky bastards, sorry.
5. Be respectful, damn it.
6. Be original. We don't want to read seventeen thousand applications about some Mary Sue who's father beat her and her mother was an alcoholic and blah blah blah. Be original. I don't know if I mentioned this but, yeah, be original.
7. Multiple characters are allowed! However, try to keep the ratios even. If there are a ton of vampires, make a human and vice versa. Same applies for the ever dreaded male to female ratio.
8. This site is rated R. If you are easily offended, you're better off roleplaying horses somewhere.
9. Avatars need to be 165x300. Seriously. No exceptions. I need uniformity. Signatures, I could care less. Just don't stretch the board.
10. Have fun, please. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Because there is no such thing as a stupid question. Allegedly.
