I'm not sure that's entirely true... but Mr. Zuckerberg does make a fair bit from it....

Sorry but we will not be using the Facebook version of AAS because of previous serious safety issues with Facebook.

I was banned from Facebook for reporting, to the Police, someone who was threatening me with a gun. The gun turned out to be a fake. That was beside the point banning me made me lose contact with family who I had not seen for years. So you can understand why I have a few issues there. So I am hoping people will either use the forums more or Twitter - I like to Twitter.

I twitter on linda_lunan but bear with me because I have a few strange hobbies too.

Oh dear Linda, That doesn't sound very pleasant at all.... sad.gif Sorry to hear that.

You can actually see the AAS FB page anonymously without being a member or logging in. So you can get any news but you wouldn't be able to comment on anything.

Most of the larger events are posted on the main website by Graham anyway, but I'll try to remember to copy across any observing sessions etc to the forum... I have been doing that in the past.

Is it observing that you have an interest?
