Looking at the dark, cold region, the girl looked at the empty husk of a place. She looked it over, sighing a bit at the current scenario. This place was the Dark Kingdom, the place Queen Beryl had operated in during the Silver Millennium for her strike against the Moon Kingdom. A strike which, it is worth noting, had not worked as she had planned. The Moon Kingdom had fallen, but in the process Beryl and her troops had gotten theirs too. And then the Queen had used the Crystal, the Ginshizou, to screw it all up. That crystal should have been hers. No question in her mind.
The girl appeared to be wearing a senshi outfit. Her outfit was more dark and appeared to be black with a blood-red ribbon trim. In her hand, a light began to glow. It was interesting in a sense, the sole light here was from a hand, one that had been around for ages. She had existed far longer, in one form or another, than most beings would dream. She had been waiting, and she had found out that the senshi of this system were reincarnated. Which meant the princess and the crystal.
At the base of her feet, her shadow began to stir. Fed by the light from its master, it creeped along the arm, wrapping around it. From the shadow grew eyes to take a look at the place, then expanding, taking more of a look around the ground to scope the place. It had been a while since it had been free after all. It knew, as did its master, that it would be unwise to do too much just yet against any senshi that may be awakened. No point in wasting the effort.
The shadow pointed to an inner chamber. “I see.” The girl said, walking into the area. So, this was where Metallia had been in her own hibernation now. She too had been there, and had lost a significant portion of her power in that fight. As is Metallia was both sealed and considerably weakened. Tsking slightly, the girl sighed. “Where to begin….” She muttered to herself. Deciding now was about the time, she shot a beam from her hand at Metallia, channeling energy right into the hibernating being. Soon she would awaken and find her minions.
Metallia awakened from her slumber, filling the area with her own ominous presence. It had been so long since she had been awakened, and this was a shock. The person responsible had not been her ally, the sorceress Beryl, but a senshi? No, not one of the planetaries of this system. This, well, she wasn’t even fully sure it was a senshi, had not been there at the Moon Kingdom. And that shadow too bothered it. She didn’t recall what exactly, but she felt something familiar and wrong from the girl’s shadow, and it didn’t even want to go into its vibe from the girl that had awakened her. “Who are you and what is it you want?” It asked the stranger.
Laughing a bit, the girl remained calm about dealing with Metallia. “My name is not of concern Metallia. I told you years ago that answer, and you may in time remember. But that is not the point. Point is, I’ve had enough of this waste of a planet being as is. In case your perception is not expanding, the senshi were resurrected. Which means that Beryl and her four stooges were too. Now, you want free, I want a few less senshi to deal with. What I am offering you is a few little minions to gather some energy from the people so you can find Beryl and her little cronies and in return, you dispose of the senshi. Do what you want with the planet, want the senshi dead. Gone. Finished. Poof. This time permanently gone. Simple deal.” She said and summoned a few youma. “These will do. If you accept, they will stay and help. If not, they will follow after me and you can spend the next who knows how long waiting for someone to free you or gradually gaining energy. Your call.
And with that the girl was gone.
Metallia, if she could have, would have thrown something in rage. Who did this girl think she was? She knew she was being lied to. This girl had to have some form of ulterior motive. Did this brat really think that she would agree? Well, she had no choice really. She didn’t trust the girl, but knew right now, it was not a choice. “You. Go and gather me energy. I will need it to locate Beryl.” It commanded and watched one of them leave. Soon she would have enough energy to take over this planet. Then she would deal with the girl with the shadow.
