Cosplay For 2010?, Have you already got a costume idea?

Hey guys!
I was wondering, do you already have a cosplay in mind for next year? If so, what?
Are you reusing your cosplay from another year, making it, or buying it?
Just a little curious and anxious. (even though it's a year away. xD)

If you are wondering about me, I'm going as Lenalee from D.Gray-man or Tomoyo from CCS. ( n u n ) Most likely Lenalee--I've been wanting to cosplay her for a long time. If you're going to be a D.Gray-man character, please do say so! [:

My buds and I are planning on cosplaying the entire Ouran High School Host Club. It will be awesome. We also want to cosplay Pandora Hearts. We are already putting together some things for next Banzai and maybe Oasis. I can't wait until next year.

Haha, me either. The anticipation has already built up inside of me. And there's still like eleven months to go.

Well this is just a rough idea of things i might do. one thing i am sure of is i am going to be Matt from death note again on which days im not quite sure but im going to be with a group this time which im really happy about.

anyways some ideas i have are im going to make a Lolita matt and mello costume. or depending if the whole group im with is up to it i might do an alice in wonderland. death note crew.

one set of costumes that i am working on is the wedding outfits for Matt and Mello but i dont really know if i will do that for the con. i might but i dunno.

depending on what Mello and L dress as i might dress as a character with them.
so for now most of my outfits are up in the air.

If I can get a job and get the money, I'm going to be Umbreon for a bit (I'll be walking on four legs XD) and most likely a Vocaloid character for the majority of the con.

Mhmm Our group will be going as our death note cosplays for next year.

I'll also be going as Kadaj from Finaly Fantasy Advent Children
and most likely Sasuke from Naruto Shippuden,
my Lelouch cosplay may have to wait for another year it seems.

I'll be going as Alessa, Cheryl, and Heather from the Silent Hill series. I have big plans for it, and I even managed to convince one of my guy friends to go as Pyramid Head for me. :P

Now that I've done Xigbar three years running, I don't think I can get away with NOT doing him again, you know? I feel like I've become something of a fixture XD
I'm going to have to buy a smaller coat, though. The upside to losing 30 pounds is--well, losing 30 pounds. The downside is the fact that 75% of my cosplay costumes don't fit anymore.
I'm actually going to try and get an ENTIRE and COMPLETE Organization XIII group next year for a skit or something--take a break from doing nothing but security and maybe take part in something briefly XD (Heeeey my Number XII and my Number VI--you guys still interested? :D))

My Cougar costume was a BIG hit this year, so I may just go with that one again. Other possibilities are Vincent of FF VII and AC's Tifa, and also a repeat performance of my Sasarai from Suikoden III, which no one EVER RECOGNIZES. T_T

^ I know what you mean about the loosing weight and not fitting into cosplays anymore thing.
Just this year, 2009, for Sakuracon I wore a cosplay and then remade the pants for Banzai thinking that would be good enough... I had to safty pin the crap out of the blouse!

For next year's Banzai I'll have my Refia (from FF III) in a different class/form. I'm going to try to do a differnt class each year. I think it will be fun! ^^

I will most likely spend this year remaking and repairing my two previous costumes. I'll only make a third if I have the time and money, but for now I have no ideas that are worth the effort of a new costume.

Oh goodness, there are SO many possibilites for next year!! And from now on, I will be making or modifying outfits for my cosplay. I'm going to try really hard not to buy them.
Euphemia, Code Geass, in the big white poofy dress. It reminds me of a wedding dress. I've looked for fabric for that! Yay!
Hunny or Renge, Host Club. My friends and I have the opportunity to have the whole host club so we may do that.
A final fantasy something. I would love to be Lulu or Aerith. And, I'm making Lulu's dress as we speak, and I would like to reuse it so..thats a possibility. (50 belts?!?!!)
Lenalee, with her long hair, from D. Gray-Man would be amazing! And is also on my list of possibilities.
Reusing my Kyuubi cosplay. And since its formal, I have been thinking of making a more casual Kyuubi outfit.
Cheza from Wolf's Rain. I've had an INTENSE desire to cosplay her since the moment I saw wolf's rain.
I may add some more..but..uh..hehe, I think thats a big list to keep me busy for a while. =^^=

Well mine depend on a couple of things. But I've been thinking of doing Kaname Chidori from Full Metal Panic, Sakura from Naruto Shippuden, or someone from Code Geass either C.C. or Kallen.

Haha, all of this is making me even more excited for next year. We should have two conventions a year to keep the anxiety and possible heart attack out of us. xD

Haha, I don't want to cut mine either! I hope yours grows out as much as you would like!..=^^=. Mine takes forever to grow any, but I've been growing it for a long time so it's past my shoulder blades now. Maybe we could be cute lenalee's together!
