OK, in order to keep justice in here, there have to be some rules. Here are what the rules are going to be...

1) Please, no swearing. Swearing will not be tolerated, and if you do, the offending word will be deleted, and you will be warned slightly. The occasional 'hell' or 'damn' is OK, but stronger expletives will not be tolerated. Use your common sense.

Minimum Penalty: None. However, if you do this too much, you will get penalized.
Maximum Penalty: The offending language will be deleted, you will be warned 20%, and you will be banned for a day.

2) No double posting (aka posting twice in a row). Double posting is a minor offense, but doing it repeatedly will be considered spamming.

Minimum Penalty: See above.
Maximum Penalty: The offending posts will be deleted, you will be warned 13%, and you will be banned from posting for two days.

3) Try not to post useless crap. Posting "Hi " while others are discussing animation does absolutely nothing to further the discussion, and as an added benefit, it makes you look fairly silly.

Minimum Penalty: The occasional Hi will get you reprimanded, but if you start posting useless stuff too much, you will get warned.
Maximum Penalty: You will be warned 20% and you will be banned from posting for two days. You will also require mod approval of posts for three days.

4) Be considerate. Don't post topics that aren't... er... appropriate. This is not an online dating service, nor is it a place to post... inappropriate... pictures. Thankies.

Minimum Penalty: Warn of 40%, the offending post(s) will be deleted, and you will be banned for two days.
Maximum Penalty: Banning for an indefinite amount of time.

5) Don't create more than one account. Although this hasn't been spotted yet, I just want to enforce this early on.

Minimum Penalty: All of the accounts except for the main one will be deleted.
Maximum Penalty: All of the accounts deleted and indefinite banning from the Animationboards.

6) Don't give away someone else's personal information. As a matter of fact, it's not wise to give away your own personal information either. However, you won't get punished for the latter, just the matter in question will be deleted.

Minimum Penalty: The offending info will be deleted.
Maximum Penalty: Posting ban for three days and a 27% warn.
