ALAMAT RULES!!!, New rules!

With some recent things going on in the guild, a decision was made
to set some rules.

1. No drama! Keep it out of the guild chat. If you have a problem
with something or someone in the guild please talk to the GM or
officer in private! If you are having problems with someone and
no officer is around or Horfar isn't around, use the ignore button!

2. Respect others in the guild that may not like some of the things
that are being said. Somethings are better left unsaid in guild chat.
Use party chat! KEEP THE SEX TALK UNDER CONTROL!!!!

3. If others are using vent for game purposes please be respectful
of that.

4. Promotions will go as follows:
*Probationary* - For those who get into trouble >.<=P
*On Trail* - When you join!
*Member* - After being in the guild for 30 days!
*Alt* - All alts will be placed here.
*Veteran* - When you have shown some dedication to the guild and
have been helpful with other guildies from time to time.
*Class Leader* - Up to the GM when he feels someone is ready to be a
Class Leader.
*Officer* - GM will also promote to this when he feels the time is
right.
*GUILD MASTER* - This spot belongs to horfar. Deal with it =P

5. Vent is for guild use ONLY!!! No more giving out vent info to
anyone else!!! If you are raiding and need voice chat, use in game
voice chat or vent info will be changed and only given to officers!

6. If someone asks for help, please be kind and take into consideration
the point in time you may also need help. No need to be rude to someone
who is asking for help.

7. No abusing guild bank priviledges!! The items are placed in there for
someone who may NEED them. And please don't overload it with grays anymore!!!
No need for non useful items. If guild bank is abused rules will be changed
and set for it too.

8. Most importantly have fun and enjoy the guild and the game. We are all
here to have fun and help each other out when we can.

9. If you leave the guild for whatever purposes, don't expect to be added back.
Unless GM says it's ok.

10. If you leave the guild VENT IS NO LONGER available for you to use.

11. PLEASE START using the website. In order to organize raids a little better
it would be helpful if everyone could list their raid times and classes on the site
and please try not to pug raids. We all understand you want to raid, you want
the drops, and you want to move on to other things, but in order to move on
as a guild which is intended, we can't do if we do not have the members to
raid with.

12. There has been a new rank added to the guild ranks. Those who can't
listen, cause trouble, or those who just ignore the rules
will be placed there until the boss man sees fit to bring you back out.
So please don't make anyone have to demote you to that rank.

13. No more recruits of low lvls unless they are alts. This was said quite
awhile ago. Let's try to keep it lvl 50+ for invites.

14. Remember Horf is GM. If he allows something that others don't approve of,
to bad deal with it! =P

If anyone wants to add some please feel free to pst Horfar or myself and they
will be added to the list!!! And any rules not followed might get you removed!

I just want to add to have the courtesy to interpret foreign language to a medium most in the guild chat can understand. Its ok to say things in Filipino, French, English, and so on and so forth as long as the person can also mention the equivalent in English.

I also want to add to be careful regarding racist comments because we have guild mates from all over the world and we all want to enjoy the game without putting other people down.

I will keep everyone posted when I think of some rules for the greater benefit of the guild.
