these are some guidelines of what the bare minimum stats should be
(dont have to follow these religiously but just use them as a guideline)

Early Karazhan = First 4 bosses (up to the Curator)
Later Karazhan = Curator and beyond

Goals

All classes/specs should aim for over 7k unbuffed health for the second half of Karazhan.

Druids

Healing Druids
Unbuffed:
Mana: 7500 mana (early Kara), 8500+ (later Kara)
Healing: 1000+ (early Kara), 1400+ (later Kara)
MP5: 90 MP5 while casting (early Kara), 120 MP5 (later Kara)

Feral Druids

Unbuffed Bear:
415 defense and Survival of the Fittest talent
20,000 armor (early Kara), 25,000+ armor (later Kara)
12,000 health (early Kara), 16,000+ (later Kara)
Dodge: 20% (early Kara), 25%+ (later Kara)
AP: 1,000 (early Kara), 1100+ (later Kara)
Crit chance: 20%

Unbuffed Cat:
AP: 1800 (early Kara), 2500+ (later Kara)
Crit chance: 20% (early Kara), 25%+ (later Kara)

Balance Druids
Unbuffed:
Spell damage: 500+ (early Kara), 750+ (later Kara)
Spell Hit: 6%+ (early Kara), 8%+ (later Kara)
Spell Crit: 15%+ (early Kara), 18%+ (later Kara)

Hunters

Beast Mastery
Unbuffed:
AP: 1400 (early Kara)
Hit: 5% (early Kara), 8%+ (later Kara)
Crit Chance: 15% (early Kara), 20% (later Kara)

Marskman
Unbuffed:
AP: 1700 (early Kara)
Hit: 5% (early Kara), 8%+ (later Kara)
Crit Chance: 20% (early Kara), 25% (later Kara)

Survival
Unbuffed:
AP: 1500+ (early Kara)
Agility: 700+ (early Kara), 800+ (later Kara)
Hit: 5% (early Kara), 8%+ (later Kara)
Crit Chance: 20% (early Kara), 25%+ (later Kara)

Mages

Unbuffed:
Spell Damage (in your school): 600+ (early Kara), 800+ (later Kara)
Spell Hit: 6% (early Kara), 9% (later Kara)
Spell Crit: Aim for 20%+

Paladins

Healing Paladins
Unbuffed:
Healing: 1000 (early Kara), 1400+ (later Kara)
MP5: 80 MP5 while casting
Spell Crit: 12% (early Kara), 15%+ (later Kara)

Tanking Paladins
Unbuffed:
Defense: 480 minimum
Armor: 11k+(early Kara), 14k+ (later Kara)
Health: 10.5k+ (early Kara); anything higher =D (later Kara)
Spell Damage: 100 (early Kara), 250 (later Kara)
Dodge, Parry, and Block % should be as high as possible

Ret Paladins:

Priests

Healing Priests
Unbuffed:
Mana: 7500 Mana (early Kara), 8500+ (later Kara)
Healing: 1000 (early Kara), 1400+ (later Kara)
MP5: 100 MP5 while casting (early Kara), 130 MP5 (later Kara)

Shadow Priests
Unbuffed:
Mana: 7500 Mana
Spell Damage: 600+ (early Kara), 900+ (later Kara)

Rogues

Unbuffed:
AP: 1300+ (early Kara), 1500+ (later Kara)
Hit: 6% (early Kara)
Crit: 20% (early Kara)
Early Kara: Your hit rating and crit chance rating combined should be around 10%, for later Karazhan it should equal around 15%
If desired: Hit rating of 308.1 along with Precision and Weapon Expertise to theoretically never miss. Don't sacrifice too much AP for it, but try to get hit rating high early on.

Shamans

Elemental Shamans
Unbuffed:
Mana: 8000+ (early Kara), 9000+ (later Kara)
Spell Damage: 500+ (early Kara), 800+ (later Kara)
Spell Crit: 15% (early Kara), 18% (later Kara)

Enhancement Shamans
Unbuffed:
AP: 1100 (early Kara), 1300 (later Kara)
Crit Chance: 15% (early Kara), 20%+ (later Kara)
Hit: 6% (early Kara), 9%+ (later Kara)

Restoration Shamans
Unbuffed:
Mana: 8500 (early Kara), 9500+ (later Kara)
Healing: 1000+ (early Kara), 1400+ (later Kara)
MP5: 90 MP5 while casting (early Kara), 120 MP5 (later Kara)

Warlocks

Unbuffed:
Spell Damage: 550+ (early Kara), 850+ (later Kara)

Hi All,

Please do follow the minimum requirements as set by Horfar.

We do not want to waste our runs, having people stay up till the wee hours of the night or get up in the morning to fail miserably in Karazhan although we would want the people to enjoy the fun of raiding and get better equipments.

Lastly, every member should be encouraged to read the Raid forum board as we will be posting schedules when will be the raid in server time as well as SGT (GMT+8).
