Background: Alright, here we go. Barton Wilhelm Balvins, born on Jericho 20 years, two weeks, and six days before registering in the Colonial Militia. He's gone on since his birth to become extremely well known as one of the younger Martial Arts prodigies of the decade. Mastering numerous armed and unarmed forms of combat, he earned a large amount of fame and notoriety taking part in the last few Martial Arts competitions that were broadcast to Earth and it's Colonies, placing second in the last one. About a year later, he was finally convinced to join up with the Jericho colonial militia, at least, in order to bolster reinforcements.
