Be a Visionary is a forum established in July 2010, dedicated to creating a friendly, vivacious community for writers looking to improve, communicate, share, and broaden their talents of the written craft. On Be a Visionary, you may post a writing gallery, get sorted, and share your works; you may get your works critiqued, improve, and diversify your knowledge of the various styles out there while at it. What is the "deal-breaker", you might ask; the best part of Be a Visionary? The fact that there's a community--full of people that care about you!

WHY WAS THIS BOOK CHOSEN FOR BOOK CLUB?
It is no secret that I absolutely adore fantasy books, and with Kelly Link being one of my favourite authors, I thought it would be wonderful to share some of her stories with you guys. Stranger Things Happen is a collection of short stories, which means you can read them one at a time when you feel like you have a spare moment, or tuck yourself into bed and devour them all at once. Whichever way you choose, I hope that you like them as much as I do. The best part? The whole book is avaliable as a free download right here. Don't worry - It's all completely legal. The publisher and author released the book under Creative Commons in the hope that it would inspire people to purchase some of Kelly Link's other works and simply for the enjoyment factor that it brings. To finish, I highly recommend that you sign up for both of July's books and participate in the reviews at the end of the month.
Sign-ups: Sign-ups for this book start on July 17th, 2010, and end on July 26th, 2010. Books must be read by August 5th, 2010--the date that the review thread will be started. To sign up, please post below. No form is required, just say 'In!' or something similar.
