What do you think about the 6th book, The Ersatz Elevator?

It's my favourite ASOUE book so far (but then again, it's the last book I read). Olaf's new personality is really funny, I love the setting (the apartment so huge that it's like a maze), and the whole going-up-and-down-a-dark-ersatz-elevator deal is pretty cool. =)

I didn't finish reading the 8th book so I can't say its my favorite book so far. The 7th book is my favorite. Dee you should read the 7th book, 8th book, 9th book, and the 10th.

Yeah, I know I should. Obviously. Maybe I can buy the books tomorrow... oh well. The 10th one seems interesting, though.

I hate Esme. She tried to steal my dear Olaf.
And that guy... Esme's husband... I forgot his name, he was a really nice guardian. Not very protective, and not much good 'cause he didn't like arguing and he gave up on the Baudelaires at the end of the book, but he was still kinda good....

Yea, I think his name was Jerome, or something like that. I thought the apartment was cool, and the 'in' and 'out' items and stuff.

Oh, yeah, the whole "in" and "out" thing made the plot quite interesting... kinda got annoying in the end, though. Esme's annoying. I hate her. She tried to steal Gunther/Olaf from me. Curse her.
