The beach, the surfers, the tourists, the noise, the bands, the rides, the screams, the thrills, the chills, the boardwalk. Sometimes the kids graffiti the place, leave their marks. Their legacy.

Tonight will change our lives. It's so good to be by your side, but we'll cry. We won't give up the fight. We'll scream loud at the top of our lungs and they'll think it's just cause were young. And we'll feel so alive.

Scotts Valley High. A co-ed boarding school located in the mountains of Santa Cruz. The students are the top of their class, the sports programs are the best in California, and the arts thrive here.

Paper bags and plastic hearts. All are belongings in shopping carts, its goodbye. But we got one more night. Lets get drunk and ride around. And make peace with an empty town, we can make it right.

But the administration can't always keep an eye on the kids. The teenagers run a muck in the town, surfing, shopping, and well just messing around. The parties are a part of life and the teachers can't control the teens. Its just a part of growing up at Scotts Valley High.
