For the power section, are we only allowed one major and one minor?

Fell has three, however the two minor powers go hand in hand with his major power. They're results of his major power.

It's one major and one minor as far as I know. =/ I don't know what powers your character could have with combination unless it's something you've received permission for through an Admin. In which case, you might want to run your idea back by them in more detail if you've made it into three powers because I don't think they would have agreed to it if they had known you'd be making three. =/ So.
