001. AN IMMUNE MUGGLE !, AUGUST 7TH-AUGUST 14TH

AN IMMUNITY? JULY 17TH, 2027 There may be hope for muggles yet. On approximately August 1st, Danielle Murdock, a twenty-three year old muggle-born who worked within the ministry, was diagnosed with the plague. She was immediately rushed off to quarentine, despite her sister's pleas. We asked her sister about what happened, and she told us, through sobs, about the frenzied moment when they took Danielle to Kensington. "I told them they can't do this, I told them that she needed St. Mungo's to make her better! But they didn't listen. We all know what happens in Kensington when you have the plague. You...you...you don't come out alive." Visibly shaken, we hoped the best for the eldest Murdock sister, and maybe all of our prayers were answered. The plague usually kills within four days, but it's been six now and Danielle is not only still alive, but completely healthy! Is there something in her blood that makes her immune? Will she be the answer to curing this horrible plague? The ministry has decided to take her in to try and figure this out We'll keep you updated all of you brave folks of the current wizarding world.

HOPES CRUSHED JULY 24TH, 2027 The ministry regrets to inform us all the Danielle Murdock is no longer with us. They said that, while doing simple bloodwork on her, she contracted the sickness even worse than the first time and died in three days time. Hope is lost once more. Her sister was heard saying she had suspicions - after all, she had been healthy, but once the ministry took her in she died. Speculation continues to rise. What will you believe, what hopes will you cling to and what cures will you pray for? Stay strong for better days must come soon. May Danielle Murdock rest in peace.
