Nobody liked losing. Least of all pilots - men and women with careers on the line and bills to pay, who relied on itchy trigger fingers and laserblades to bring home honor and groceries alike.

Ethan Bloodworth and Luc Anderson had a rough afternoon. The Soldiers of Fortunate had bested them in a team battle, where things had turned ugly in almost no time at all. Rotten luck. The two pilots headed back to base in their individual transports, apparently not in a particularly chatty mood, wondering which one would have to report the loss to their captain.

They were reaching the Lionhearts base when they noticed something odd. Big Blue and Serpico, Zephyr's Knight Gale. The transport was undamaged and sitting motionless, while the Gale had an impressive crater from a seemingly massive bullet in its back.

This was the scene Luc Anderson and Ethan Bloodworth stumbled upon.

Something was wrong. Zephyr was nowhere to be found... and Xion was still inside his transport, still carrying the damages from his last battle. It was as if he never made it back to the base.

Something was very, very wrong.

Reason for Participating: Ethan's captain has been kidnapped by somebody. That pisses Ethan off. Anyone who messes with Ethan's friends has to deal with Ethan...and they won't like dealing with him.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: Venus has a Hover Cargo filled to capacity with Zoids and stockpiled with store brought equipment which comes in handy in various situations. On a more personal note, she's a close ally of the Lionhearts team.

MOTIVATION: When Venus received the call that Zephyr had gone missing under suspicious circumstances, that was enough motivation for her to head to the Lionhearts base to meet up with Ethan and Lucas to see if she could help in any way.

Motivation: When Ethan contacted Cheltsea about the mysterious vanishing of Zephyr, she was extremely distressed. The fact that it was under peculiar circumstances had her even more worried. She loaded all of her equipment and Zoids as quickly as possible, jotting down a note on the refrigerator at the Gryphon base on where the red head had quickly headed off to. Zephyr was, believe it or not, a very close friend to Cheltsea. He'd even replaced her Konig Wolf after she'd lost her Kaiser in the battle with the Septs. He may have had a hard exterior and a bad ass front, but she knew Zephyr was a true friend and right now, he was in need. And she was going to provide as much help as she could. She was going to bring her friend home. If she didn't, how would she ever get to beat up Xion again?

Since I'm pretty behind on my slow missions and would hate to make another group of y'all wait - how would you guys feel about making this a (possibly multi-part) fast mission?
