Welcome!

The New Era
Zi isn't what it used to be, that's for sure. She lost her luster and the pock marked battle field just isn't the best thing to wake up to in the morning. There is a place I know... a little better... a little slice of heaven. A Wild Frontier.

... that I've been gone a little while. I was TDY with government work in the /wonderful/ Louisiana sun, doing all kinds of horrendous manual labor for 10 hours each day, all day, every day of the week. Now, I thought I was going to be able to keep up with my duties while I was gone, having not much to do but sit in a hotel at night, but I was wrong. I was /very/ wrong. Luckily, Br33 took up my slack. Well, folks, I'm back!

For the next two weeks at least. Then I have to go back again for a week. But that's not important. What is important, is that I'm back, and can get back to judging again... mostly.

I should note that I'm having some health issues (incredible back pain; numbness, pain, swelling, and possible nerve damage in my hands; stomach ulcers; etc...) and I might not /always/ be up for aim judging if these are giving me particular trouble. But feel free to ask anyways! I won't bite! Promise.

... Unless you're into that sort of thing.

I am an intern (though, in a year, hopefully an engineer) for the Corp of Engineers. I'm not with the group that fixes levees and stuff though. I'm with the research branch who does... military things.

Crap now I have to post in Underworld.

Get well and stay well, mang! Engineering is tough work, even without the physical labor added on top.
