The Kitchens The kitchens are located directly under the Great Hall. They contain tables identical to those in the Great Hall; food must simply be placed on the tables in the kitchens in order to appear magically on their counterparts upstairs. The kitchens are staffed by over a hundred house-elves. To gain access to the kitchens, one must tickle the pear on a particular fruit portrait. |
