Welcome to the new boards all, I am not sure when links will be updated, but when they are these will be the new official forums.

A few basic guidelines:

1. You are given the option to upload your own avatars etc on these boards, please do not abuse this privilage as we only have 16mb of space. This may seem like alot, but when these forums kick off it won't be, and inevitably the option will be removed except for a few of the "older" members. Please instead of clogging up the boards servers use www.imageshack.us and clog up their servers for image hosting.

2. please be nice to each other, I don't want to overbog you with rules etc. But show a little compassion for your fellow (wo)man and be nice. Sure make the odd light hearted joke about misty's hair here and there, but be nice

3. This should go without saying, but this is a YHA message board, there are haters out there who are pathetic enough to just come for the "fun" of saying YHA are crud over and over again but please sir show some maturity.

4. Since this is a new board, we will take a more serious approach. This means that it would be greatly appreciated if you feel the urge to make a pointless reply to topics please don't.

5. Since we have a lower spam tolerance, we find that alot of people make very short useless replies. We are going to impose a 3 word rule. Your reply must be at least 3 words long. Quotes and smileys are not words. Also if your reply is just going to be a hyperlink, please say something about it, or if you fetched it for someone a simple "here you go, theres the article you wanted" would suffice. And for starting topics, I would expect every topic would be at LEAST 10 words. There will be some leniancy on the 10 words part, but please don't spam.

Here's a few words from misty to you new members:

just a few words for all you new YHA freaks.
if the boards seem quite big and seem to have alot of inside jokes on. don't get scared . just read through the posts and post your views about YHA or the topic etc.
