FAMILY BACKGROUND: Finn is not fond of his family. The Cullens are an ancient pureblood family with all the bigotries and prejudices that this can sometimes mean. So far as anyone can remember they have all sorted into Slytherin, and sad to say they conform to most of the stereotypes. His father, Sebastian, and mother, Marianne, have no need to work and live in a family estate in Oxfordshire. He has three other relatives at Hogwarts; his sister Megan is a sixth former, and his cousins Liam and Niall are fourth and third years respectively. All, as mentioned above, are Slytherin and proud of it. The expectation for Finn to follow in the family traditions has been intense. The fact that he sorted into Ravenclaw has sent shockwaves through the family and Sebastian is already, no doubt, writing stern letters to the ministry about entrusting the future of valuable wizards to the whims of a senile and fire-damaged piece of headwear. Finn however is more than happy where he is and actually negotiated hard with the Sorting Hat not to get put in Slytherin.

PET: None, he finds people far more interesting than animals and a lot easier to keep clean.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: A young man of slim build with keen green eyes and dark red hair. He smiles often and has an infectious grin, but a close observer will notice that he can turn this on and off regardless of his own mood.

PSYCHOLOGICAL DESCRIPTION: Finn's worst fear is that he will turn out like the rest of his family. He does have a ruthless streak and, when he thinks he knows the right course of action to take he will take it without hesitation regardless of the consequences. He is quick witted, and understands people very quickly often finding himself manipulating them without actually meaning to (part of his upbringing, alas!). However he does genuinely care about other people and this coupled with his own foreboding that he will "turn out bad" probably means that he will end up as quite a nice person after all. Not that he'd ever believe this himself of course.

SPECIAL POSSESSIONS: A victorian pocket watch left him by his grandfather. He's never managed to open it however, as the catch is protected by three dials worth of combination lock using magical symbols rather than numbers. He occasionally settles down for a session of trying to crack the lock but so far has made little progress. He half expects to find the thing empty or broken if he does get in.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST MAGICAL TALENT? Protective magic, shield charms and so forth. Survival at home has given him a certain talent in this direction.

WHAT IS YOUR WORST MAGICAL TALENT? Transfiguration without a doubt.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST NON-MAGICAL TALENT? Finn's most useful talent is his glib tongue and ability to persuade others.

WHAT IS YOUR WORST NON-MAGICAL TALENT? Finn is not a very physical young man, and although he has a certain amount of speed he is not particularly strong. He doesn't enjoy things like Quidditch (as he says if he wants to end up exhausted and covered in bruises he'll just spend some time with his cousins).

LIKES: Finn really enjoys spending time with intelligent, witty people in conversation. He is often initially reluctant to commit himself too much to a genuine friendship because he expects betrayal and unpleasant motives in other people, but once convinced of someone's sincerity he'll be fiercely loyal. Spending time with those rare people that win his loyalty will be his favourite thing. He enjoys reading widely on both magical and non-magical subjects. He has occasionally been accused of poetry, but the evidence wasn't strong enough to convince a jury.

DISLIKES: Treacherous, sarcastic, self righteous, bigoted, arrogant people (who often coincidentally share his surname). Unfairness in general. Risky physical activity ("Quidditch? Do I look like I enjoy pain?") and pointless mental make-work.

FAMILY BACKGROUND:
Barbara’s parents, Jack and Arya, are both muggles. Barbara is their second child and first and only daughter. They are both vets, traveling over the world to cure all kinds of animals. They rarely take their children with them. They think their education is more important than a close family bond. This causes a weird relationship between Barbara and James, her 8-year-older brother, and her parents. They love each other, but they don’t have a real parent-child relationship.

Because they could never find true love at home, Barbara and James relied on each other, and grew close. They have always had a good bond. They both went to the same boarding school, and after lessons they always used to sit down on the grounds and talk to each other about their day, make fun of teachers, any stuff young children like to discuss. Despite their huge age difference they could have good conversations with each other.

But then the moment came Barbara had to leave the boarding school, and her parents, knowing how hard Barbara and James needed each other, bought them both an owl to stay in touch.

Arya is a squib, though she does not know that herself. Her parents were wizards, the ancient kind of wizards who thought their pure blood made them better than anyone. They had a daughter, named Fiona. She was a beautiful girl and a great student.
But then they gave birth to a twin, Marguerite and Arya. They were ten years younger than Fiona. When there still was no sign of magic at an age of four, their father feared the worst. He wanted to bring them to an orphanage, he would not raise two squibs. It would mean the humiliation of his family. Their mother loved her daughters though, and did nearly anything to keep them with her. She herself had never wanted to marry her husband, and now her daughter Fiona turned out to be just like her father, her girls were the only thing she had left. But of course, like in all ancient wizarding families, the father was the head of the family, so his word counted. The girls were taken away, and the mother died shortly after.

Marguerite’s magical talents had been discovered at an age of seven, but she turned the invitation to attend Hogwarts down. She could not leave her sister. Arya was a squib indeed, as her father had foreseen. Arya would never discover her real identity, she would always live with the thought she was a muggle.

Then Fiona met her sisters once over summer holidays. She wanted them back in their family. Finally sense had come through. Her grandfather though, head of the whole Luperos family, could not allow that and killed his own granddaughter.

Fiona had told one of the resident ghosts at Hogwarts a lot about her family, including the little Marguerite who had trusted her with her secret. This ghost passed her story on a few years after her death to Nemo Cullen, who went to search for the twin sisters in his very next holidays. At the moment he saw Marguerite he was enchanted by her beauty, and from that moment he loved her.

Things went horribly wrong: Marguerite married a muggle. Nemo, jealous as he was, killed the muggle and made it look like an accident.

One year after that Nemo tried to take Marguerite with him, but she struggled. It resulted in her death.

Arya thought her sister had disappeared. She would never be found again.

PET: An owl named Lavender. Barn owl. She has no special bond with her, just uses her to send her mail.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION:
Barbara is 5’3 feet tall (which is quite tall for her age), is blonde and has blue eyes. She is not fat and not very thin either. She is built athletically and is quite pleased about the shape of her body.
Her hair is waist-lenght, but she always wears it in a messy ponytail. She doesn’t like to have hair in her face.

In her youth she accidentially tattooed herself with a fountain pen. You can still se a little black dot on her right hand.

PSYCHOLOGICAL DESCRIPTION:
Due to loneliness in her past, and no one but her brother to be with, Barbara thought at first she would have trouble meeting new people. But as she met her first real friends, that completely changed. Now she is a very social person, always wants to be in the company of someone.

Barbara does not easily get mad. She might feel angry inside, but actually never shows it. But if you made her angry you have to watch out – she’ll blow you off your socks like a very fiery phoenix.

Barbara is a bit messy, and always in struggle to get her homework done in time. She will never be late for an appointment or class though, she will skip breakfast to attend a class in time.

Subtlity is something Barbara sometimes seems to understand. This depends on the person in question. Normally, when it comes to the nervous and the weaker-minded, she’s kind and will never do anything to upset him/her, but when she thinks a person is strong enough, she won’t be afraid to say exactly what’s on her mind.

Barbara can be a very hard-working girl in class, but when she sits next to a friend, she won’t pay any attention to the lesson again.

Sometimes she is a great help to Prefects and Professors, sometimes she’s a pain in the butt. She tries to be the first, but tends to be the last.

WHAT IS YOUR BEST MAGICAL TALENT?
Flying, without a doubt. But, seeing that is more some kind of sport, her best magical talent could be considered to be healing charms (she needs them a lot and is very experienced by now).

She is terrible at Herbology. She still can’t imagine why a plant should be dangerous. One of the reasons she is so good at healing charms of course.

Cheering people up. She hates it when she has to use that talent of hers though, she doesn’t like people being sad.

Clothing style:In her free time she usually wears a long skirt with a shirt, t-shirt or blouse. If around the house or chilling she'll wear sandles, but everywhere else trainers. when out she'll wear a brown stylish jacket with slightly buldging pockets (I really need to work on getting them dimensionly transendential), and a small green shoulder bag, yet again almost compleatly filled to the brim. Sometimes when she has a chance to go somewhere probably not muddy she'll wear a knee length black trench coat made from hemp.
Wand:The wand she got for studys dosn't feel quite as right as the one she made herself and works with most the time - 14" Apple with a Phoenix Feather core. The handle fits her hand perfectly (and the only bit she did to that bit take the bark off), and a spiral runs the length from the handle to the tip making it resembal a unicorn horn. The wand chose her, as origionaly she'd intended only to practice her carving skills on a bit of cancoras branch from an apple tree at her home which she then found to suit her perfectly. She thinks it may be that her other wand dosn't suit her as well as she already has one she loves.

Hobbies: Anything with Doctor Who - reading, RPGing, dreaming. she also has done Tae-Kwon-Do upto red belt(2 away from black) in the past and Kyaking
Things he/she hates to do: Washing up, Tidying up, getting to the stage where she has to work at work (she normally does quite well and enjoys it), getting distracted from doing that work, going to the doctor (as in GP or hospital)- specially for blood tests of vacinations or the like (she's really afraid of needles) or the dentist (for the same sort of reasons). She also hates thinking that dreams can't come true.
What does he/she like to do in his/her free time? Anything to do with Doctor Who, Homework, Magical Healing (shes always had a bit of a skill with anything to do with Energy Work, like Reiki), dreaming

General Information
List three words that describe your character: adventourous, thoughtful, ready-for-pretty-much-anything
What are your character's strengths? She always does her best with everything, and her best is usually very good. She's clever and works hard. She also has high ambitions, so even if she dosn't reach them she'll probably still end up doing well.
What are your character's weaknesses? She often sticks by the rules (luckyly shes starting to get out of that habit as her mind opens up to other posibilitys). She can find it hard keeping to her dreams and ideals because of dought (and at times like that she thinks deeply and holds onto them with al her strength, no matter how hard).
What motivates your character? Her dreams and aspirations, but their secret. her family, friends and pets help her greatly.
What other information do you think is important about your character? she's still learning how to use energy healing and find the other sides and uses of what she refers to as 'energy'. She is absolutely mad about Doctor Who, though she does her best not to drive people mad with it. At muggle primary school she found things much harder and didn't have any real friends there.
