Wolf's Tear usual summer heat has just begun to fade as a touch of Autumn blows cold air from down the mountains. It brings rains which cool for a time, but it's far more water than the land can stand leaving large pools of water across the landscape. The heat of midday evaporates these pools and leaves all of Wolf's Tear bathed in hot, sticky humidity.
The river has practically become a place of worship for the wolves in this humidity. With their winter coats just beginning to grow in the wolves of both packs have to find ways to stay cool.

Here's where newcomers come to fill out applications to join in with one of the three packs within the region. Alphas will respond here either IC or OOC.
A shrine for all wolves, this is the death place of Destiny's pups. They shed their tears here before the wind picked them up and scattered them around the area. The Guardians tend to reside here; any wolf can come to send their respects or ask something of them. Though the tear stones have been lost forever since the reign of Aslym and Donovan, there is still a frosted glass monument erected in the center of the clearing that depicts a crystal tear drop.
A vast expanse of nothing but green. Away from the man-made eyesores of the human world, and back to nature, without really being in the wild, wild. A wonderful place, to just run, relax ,and anything else your heart desires
Lookout Mountain is a peaceful place. The terrain is rocky, topped with wild flowers and sweet green grasses. There are many different trees and several small streams running through the area. There is an abundance of wildlife at the base of the mountain. The mountain peaks are covered in snow year-round.
This is the large river that cuts through Lookout Mountain territory. The source sits high in the mountains, making the river eternally cold. The river is fast-moving and contains rapids, making many parts dangerous to cross. The Hellion Faction's Blackened River is connected to the same source as White Water River, so the level and the speed of the water is diminished somewhat. There are now several places to swim and drink that weren't previously available. Forum Led by: Adelaide Anslem
Near the top of the mountain is a place called Cantus Peak. Up here, you can see what is thought to be the entire Lookout Mountain territory. It is also rumored that if you listen hard enough, a beautiful voice can be heard carrying through the wind. Could it be the melody of Symphony that they hear? Forum Led by: Adelaide Anslem
The Tower is the only remaining piece of the old Hellion Faction territory. The outside stone is burned and blackened, lending the already dark tower a sinister look. Cracked, cement stairs lead up to heavy oaken doors, the entrance of the Tower. An extra pair of stairs curve around the tower as a way to get on the roof. The inside of the Tower is greatly improved to accommodate the members that live there. A grand curving staircase is the central piece, with landings on each floor that allows entrance to the members' rooms. Forum Led by: Darek Masters, Faina Parker
Hellion Woods is the representation of an unprecedented deal - the merge of Timber Woods and Hellion Faction. The territory encompasses a wide area of both packs; with the Rolling Plains and the Hellion Tower to the east, and the rest of the Timber forests and Mirror Lake to the west. It is in the middle, where the edge of the Rolling Plains meets the edge of the Timber forests, that pack members are most likely to meet up. A moderate-sized clearing with meadow grasses and trees surrounding acts as the meeting point where plans and daily tasks are discussed.
This lush forest is the largest and densest of the entire area, almost impassible at points. The undergrowth is thick, vines and trees creating a dense canopy that keeps the miles of woodland in the dark even on the brightest of days. The forest of Timber Woods encompasses almost the entire west side of the territory, save for the land given up to Mirror Lake. Forum Led by: Darek Masters, Faina Parker
Obviously the heart of the human area, it's a city that never sleeps. It's highly populated at all times, which makes it extremely dangerous for wolves. The city is home to upscale shopping, ritzy cafes, and big business.
Without a doubt one of the hottest spots in the whole city. Located in the main square of the city, the place is huge. It's always packed at night; the music is thundering and the dance floor is full. It's the best place to let loose, especially with a full service bar to supply you with a little something extra.
It is not recommended to be in this part of the city at night, or any time for that matter. Drug-related crime and whatever the heck else could go wrong has made this place the gutter of the city. Nothing but the crazed and deranged seem to lurk in the back streets, far away from the main part of the city.
The city of the Mystic Moon is far safer for wolves to venture into. The ancient Tsukian people have hold them in high regard, so they should certainly not feel threatened her. Some of the older residents have tired to keep shops open along the main unpaved streets, but many of the shops remained closed down. In order to keep the place from seeming completely abandoned, season-based festivals are held here at the beginning of each. At the center of the city there is an amazing water-display with multiple fountains and jet-streams of water. The center of the fountain depicts the guardian goddess Destiny and her ten original pups, with water spouting from each of their mouths. It's a must-see for tourists and residents alike.
The lake is set up for the perfect lovers' night out. Blankets can be easily thrown across the lush grass along the large banks of the lake. For a more sophisticated feel, there are three white gazebos scattered across the bank. There is also place to rent peddle boats, kayaks, and the like. Not far from the boat rental is a small restaurant connected to a miniature boardwalk. The food is high acclaimed, though it's never really packed aside from a few days during the summer weeks. The summer festival fireworks are usually held here.
The Moon Tower is a giant tower that sits atop a hill overlooking the entirety of Wolf's Tear. The top offers a great panoramic view of the city as well as the wilderness beyond. Humans and wolves both seem to fancy the monument and come to gaze at the moon and stars from the peak, hence the name. Being located out in the wilderness, the sky is much clearer. Despite the perks, there's a darker side to it, as well. Many evils plague the past of the tower, and it is said that if you decide to climb up at a certain time of night, you can faintly hear the wailing of the ghosts haunting the tower and the area around it.
The Wolfiend Headquarters lies away from the main clutter of the city, located on it's own private hill on the edge of the ocean. It is surrounded by electric fences and specialized security, causing it to look a bit threatening. Beyond the gates, though, the building itself is actually quite nice. Bullet-proof glass windows make up most of the exterior, giving it that "glowing" appearance when the light of the sun or more reflects upon it.
The Main Compound of the Wolfiend Headquarters was once the oldest building on the compound, but after a hefty set of renovations hosts the latest and greatest in technology and building. Inside the walls is housed the science labs, the medical bay, and the training area both for Wolfiends and the captives.
This is the newest addition to the area, built by former commander Layla as a home for Wolfiends who would rather live on base than out in the cities. The building is composed of a small series of buildings situated around a square. The Black Rose stretches from one end of the square to the other, with smaller recreational facilities and Marble City Bar occupying the rest of the empty space. The middle of the square is a relaxing garden-like park, for Wolfiends to kick back and relax.
The Kennels are a housed in massive building on the far end of the caged-in territory. It consists of two wings set up in long hallways, with cages lining the walls. Each cage is wide enough to fit one wolf with just a little room to spare. The front and back of the cage are electrified iron bars, with solid concrete as walls on either side.
The only way to enter the Kennels, Medical Wing, and Training Area is through a code entered on the control panel mounted on the side of each of the large double doors blocking each separate wing. Get the code wrong and an alarm will go off!
A list of games, information topics, request topics and other things are located within the OOC forum. It's basically a place to let go of IC dealings and chat it up. Topics need to avoid controversy and are not allowed to be advertisements, but beyond that there are no limitations.
Post logs for each of your characters, create plots, and more. Though this is an OOC forum, this is for anything IC-related that doesn't involve actually role-playing your characters (with the new exception being writing in your character's journal/diary).
This is the place to request signatures, avatars, tables, etc. Or you can test your own creations. Create tutorials for newbies concerning graphics of any kind. Really, anything design-related can go here.
