Kato Highschool.

[Zetsumei Ookami]

Kato Highschool may not be a normal school, but it has the drama and other things any highschool does, the fights, the dating, the bullies, the drama, and the ones you just simply don't want to mess with or go around. Kato High is a school for the Demons, vampires, and werewolves and such to train and learn in mainly fighting arts and to learn how to control their inner beast and such.

Aiyoku sat in the back of the class room her crimson eyes closed. She had her feet, that suppoerted black leather boots, kicked up onto her desk as her arms crossed over her chest waiting for the teacher to arrive. Other students were still slowly making their way into the room for their lesson on Controlling the Inner beast. She knew not why her father had sent her to this confounded school, but she was just glad this was her last year.

Her ears pricked as she sensed one of her kinds destined enemies; a werewolf. Though they hated each other, Sai and Herself, they kept a mutual pact during school so they wouldn't get kicked out and get into trouble with their parents. They keep the fighting off school grounds unless they just absolutly want to tear into each other. They each bore the others mark.

Aiyoku had a scar in the shape of an S on her shoulder and Sai had a scar acrossed his chest in a left diaganol. She sat up, placing her forearms on the desk leaning foreward somewhat opening her eyes scanning her class mates.

[Reiku the Fallen]

((now it's my turn))

Reiku was hovering through the halls trying to make his first class. He never liked going to the contrl the inner beast class but it was neccesary. He liked his life and he didn't need to blow up the city that it was made in. He got to class and opened the door and saw two people he knew....

The first was his friend, Aiyoku, the first one who liked him and not just feared or hated him. She was nice to him on their first year so they stuck together. The other one was one that didn't like Aiyoku. Sai was giving her a look and he didn't like it, so he decided to inturrupt...

"Hey Aiyoku," He said flying up to her "It's nice to see that we have the same class isn't it?"

[Zetsumei Ookami]

Aiyoku's crimson eyes travled over to him as a slight grin tugged at her lips baring slight fang, "Hey, Sure is...Senior year is gonna be messy" She mused sitting back in her seat starting to get impatient for the sensei to get there.

She heaved a sigh feeling Sai's gaze on her again but decided to ignore it as she looked over the rest of the students.

[Reiku the Fallen]

"Don't I know it, last year was good, i wonder if the principal found his wig?"Reiku looked over as the teacher came in, she was a kitsune, and a good one too. She could stand right next to him and he wouldn't know it, but she wa nice and didn't do that

"well looks like it's time for class, you ready for it?"

[Zetsumei Ookami]

Aiyoku groaned, "I am never ready for class, I hate school" She muttered getting out her books as Kasha'sensei wrote her name on the board before speaking.

"Listen up!" She said as there were still some kids talking. Her white kitsune tail swishing as her emerald eyes squinted at everyone. The students settled down. The new kids in the class, eyes widened as they fidgeted by her gaze.

"New'bs..." Aiyoku muttered tapping a claw on her desk.

Kasha rolled her eyes hearing Aiyoku's words before instructing everyone to open to page 25 and start reading pointing at a cat demon in the front to read alloud first.

((and now...the love part of the story, hehehe))

Reiku was trying to concentrate on the lesson, but found it hard as he found his gaze wondering over to Aiyoku. In truth he actually liked her, as a matter of fact, he was quite sure he had great feelings for her. He just never had the guts to tell her

'This year will be different' He thought to himself 'I will show her how I feel, even if she doean't feel the same way back'

The teacher had noticed his inattentiveness and addressed him "Reiku, can you answer the question?"

Thinking about another issue he spoke "To hide our true nature from the outside world"

"Now Reiku, see what happens when you don't pay...wait...that was correct." She looked bewieldered as she looked on at Reiku, who noticed what he said, and had sat down quickly.

((ahh, that's something I haven't done before, it's fun to try))

Aiyoku looked at Reiku, She had felt his gaze on her from time to time. She raised an eyebrow at him for a moment lost in her own thoughts. A clawed finger softly tapping her desk.

Something suddenly hit the back of her head. She snarled and spun around smacking the Lion demon that was sitting behind her who was smirking.

Kasha'Sensei scowled hearing the lion yelp and scowled at Aiyoku, "Ms. Dracula!" She scowled.

Aiyoku looked at her with a scowl as well, "The cat hit me first" She hissed.

"That gives you-" Kasha'sensei began only to be cut off.

"All the right to hit back" Aiyoku stated calmly settling back down into her seat looking back at her book.

Kasha sighed, "Ok...You start reading..." She pointed at one of the students and she began to read.

[Reiku the Fallen]

Reiku watched the quarrel with an amusing eye 'He should've expected that, messing with the daugther of the count.'

He was about to go back to his studies, when he notice the Lion Demon was getting ready to mess with her again

'some people just don't learn.' He said a little annoyed. He really didn't want to start anything. He never liked to get into fights, but the lion was pushing it.

'let's see him handle this.' Reiku focused his powers though to the ground, it seemiing to be a shadow like the others and feints through the ground to the lion preparing to kick the back of Aiyoku's chair.

'I hope he can take a fall.' Just as the Lion lifted his foot up, the shadow shot up and hit him square in the chin, not enough to knock him out, but more then enough to send him falling back, hitting the floor and looking like he did it to himself.

"ouch that's gotta hurt," He said out loud, while the rest of the class either laughed or, for some , went to see if he was alright. Then he looked straight at Reiku. Not even knowing if it was his fault, but for his slacked comment, he had just made him a terget.

Reiku looked up at Aiyoku and smiled shruggingly "He asked for it, and it's not my fault he was leaning back."

[Zetsumei Ookami]

Aiyoku laughed whole heartidly, before she smirked down at the Lion, "Lion's should keep out of trouble unless they want hurt" She purred viciously.

The lion glared at her and got back up into his seat.

[Reiku the Fallen]

The class went by with no more incident, as did the others. After school Reiku caught up with Aiyoku and walked home with her as they always did. No one ever questioned them walking together, knowing they were good friends and fearing a painful beating from one of them.

"Hey Aiyoku, interesting first day huh, can you believe that guy? He was asking for it when he tried to kick your chair. Sorry I didn't catch him the first time."

[Zetsumei Ookami]

Aiyoku looked at him then grinned, "Don't worry about it and I guess I should thank you, because I would have ended up severly hurting him if he did" She mused clasping her hands behind her head.

"Meh..Wanna come over so we can work and that damned assignment?" She questioned looking at him with a curious look, he was the only one that she had allowed to see her other nature.

[Reiku the Fallen]

Reiku grinned back "Yeah I'll come over, I think we both need it any...."

He was inturrupted by a shout "Hey bird, you think you can get away with what you did"

Reiku turned around to see the Lion behind him. He still had that mark on his chin and face from the battery Aiyoku and himself. Reiku usually would've left it alone, had that bird crack not come out.

"I know it was you, and your batty friend isn't getting away either." That was the line for Reiku. He then saw four Lions come around the corner to join the first. "Well now this is interesting, isn't it Aiyoku?"

[Zetsumei Ookami]

Aiyoku calmly turned around with a sadistic smirk her eyes flashing in psychotic humor, "Oh my! What brings the kitty cats so much courage?" She taunted as she crossed her arms over her chest leaning on her right foot. A fang was bared in her smirk.

[Reiku the Fallen]

Reiku glared at them with a menecing look on his face. Added to that his eyes turned a crimson red, his wings spread out wide. He only gave those this look when he was angered, but it was that and the fact that they were giving Aiyoku trouble

"you guys better leave, or you might regret it." He looked over at Aiyoku "You want me to handle this? you don't wanna get your clothes dirty?"

[Zetsumei Ookami]

Aiyoku laughed at his pressumption, "Dear Reiku" She laughed brushing strands of hair out of her face hooking it behind her pointed ear. "Do you really think they are that good of a fight that my cloths will get dirty?" She laughed again then smirked at the lions.

"If it's a fight you're looking for I guess you found it" She purred.
