Yeah, Ed, I found a person (kinda), whose willing to add into the lulz in this comic, for future issues.
His name is Lockdown. He says he's a bounty hunter back on Cybertron. Plus his hook and EMP Blaster were PRETTY persuasive (i.e. my TV is FRIED) in making me post this audition... OK OK OK!!! In pure seriousness. I bought a Transformers: Animated figure. Lockdown. Plus I figured out a few jokes that revolve around him (i.e. gimpy arms, crooked hand, stiff legs, and a head that forced me to use a pair of small scissors to use like a crowbar to get it out of his own torso, and NO, it's not scratched, at all). It was either that, or I would've bought Soundwave (I might do that, even if we continue the Translation gag. But since it's TF:A Soundwave, he'd be so state-of-the-art that he'd even be able to translate MADE-UP languages: Gonardian (Gorg Gorg Ga-Gorg!), Eddish, Ewok, Ferret, WHATEVER!)  Lets see you’ve described him as an intergalactic bounty hunter, and he has a hook for a hand therefore making him a pirate. So he's an intergalactic pirate bounty hunter, which works perfectly in our theme. I’ll talk to Supah about it and see if we have any place for him.
