Laziness will not be tolerated in our Federation, so your best work is required if you're planning on joining us. Put your best effort in, because any lazy applications will immediately be turned away.Make sure you put EFFORT and TIME into your WWER contract; we will not accept scruffy, or under-qualified people into the federation.
