-- Never leave without the tzar's permission
-- No bickering among the ludi. If you have a problem see the tzar or the tzarina about it
-- please attend herd meetings, or you will be considered dead or missing
-- the tzar may breed with any mare he wishes with the exception of the tzesarevna - given that the mare in question has allowed permission.
-- the tzarvich may breed with his tzesarevna only.
-- allow the tzar or tzarina to approach strangers first
-- if the tzar is away from the land for any reason, the tzarina is in charge. The tzarvich is assigned to help her with this.
