Appearance: At 6' 2" Russel has a medium build and on when he's off duty he takes off his helmet to reveal Dark brown hair in tight braids about ears length, and penetraiting green eyes. He has no distinguishing features on his face other than a small birthmark near the base of his ear.

History: Russel Hernandez enlisted in the Imperial army at the age of 12, just old enough to get into a military training school. He was never the best in his combat classes, but he worked well with electronics, mechanics, and general intelligence. At the age of 18 he was given his first assignment. He was positioned on the backwater planet Kashyyyk (the wookie home world). It was a relatively routine assignment, excluding one wookie uprising that was easily quelled through superior technology and tactics.
He was then sent on a series of infiltration and elimination missions, usually to silence a protestor of the Imperialism, or destroy a rebel encampment. After performing excellently in all these assignments, he was given a unique assignment, along with a select few others. Each of them were launched into space in a cryostasis tube (which was inside a small ship) to find new lands for the Empire to conquer. During the course of this journey the Imperialism fell to the rebel alliance, but the lone stormtroopers had no way of knowing this.
7 Years later Russel's small ship passed through a worm hole into a new galaxy. Another six months later he awakened, out of fuel and headed towards an infant planet. All his equipment said that the planet was capable of sustaining life, and probably did so. Thusly, he gathered together all the gear he needed and put it all in a (relatively) small survival pack. His ship, which was still a prototype when it was launched, barely survived its descent through the atmosphere, and all extra equipment was lost. He braced himself for impact and felt it. Hard. Luckily he had only suffered a few severe bruises from the ordeal, and walked unharmed onto the surface of this new world. Valdar.

Personality: While "on duty" he does his best to show as little emotion as possible. "Off duty" he's more open, and likes the company of others. He's a romantic at heart, but won't think twice before killing a dame if he believes it's the emperor's will. Russel is an alchoholic, but it only rarely affects his decision-making abilities. He's quite warm hearted, and can be quite a chatterbox if he's not reminded otherwise.
"On duty" and "Off duty"- All stormtroopers get breaks, and he can't work all the time. And although he works a decent amount of time he does pick his own breaks... and nobody's going to tell on him if he takes an early lunch...

Alignment: Lawful Neutral (He believes the Empire to be good, and to the common people, he is. Universal peace is the Emperor's goal, so why not help him achieve it?)
