I. Terms
By joining Project Tynl: Valdar (may henceforth be site), you agree that the email address you used to sign up with is not confidential, and may be used for certain matters on the site. Also, you agree that the character you are role-playing is completely original, is not based on any copyrighted material, and complies with all other guidelines for the site. You understand that the site does not allow "R" rated material, with extremely rare exceptions. You agree to follow all of the rules of the site. If you do not agree with any, or all of these terms, you must contact the site master (Xlander) and have your screen name removed.

III. Rules
General Rules
-Profane material (e.g. swearing, pornography) is simply not allowed, and all offenses will be treated swiftly without mercy.
-Although not technically against the rules, we ask that you try your best to use proper English, grammar, etc. in OOC forums.
-Do not use copyrighted material without strict permission. In the sense of profile pictures, do not claim ownership unless entirely true. If you're found guilty of plagerism, this site and the site master (Xlander) will deny any knowledge.
-The putting-down of other members will NOT be tolerated whatsoever. If you have "beef" with other members, keep it outside the site.
-Each person is allowed only two screen names, for character purposes only, except in the RARE cases of admin permission.

In-Character Rules/Role-Playing Rules
-Copyrighted material that is connected to characters is STRICTLY forbidden. In the case of plagerism, you will be permanently banned from the site.
-All characters are to be COMPLETELY original.
-Any "R" material will be harshly dealth with. It is not allowed whatsoever.
-Your character may not be in more than one place at once.
-When role-playing on the site, you MUST try your best to have very good grammar and English. Any horribly written posts will be null and void.

In-Character Fighting Rules
-Please understand the following:
Albeit there is a "Stat" system on each post depending on number of posts and class, it is only for fun! In the event that a battle between characters takes place, victory will be dependant only upon post quality (including length, description, believability). God-modding is simply not allowed.

IV. Penalty
Any offense against the rules listed above will result in one of the following, depending on offense number, severity, and offense type: warning; post limitations; post suspension; member suspension; banning; legal action.
