According to the site where I get Fanny's images the use of Elle Donoghue in any form of roleplaying is forbidden. So I requested Fanny Blackwood's pb to be removed. Now I very much doubt that the roleplaying that we do is what they are referring to but better safe then sorry. It may pay to check your own pbs because I love this site too much for us to walk on the edge of legal issues.
003. Do not use Elle's pictures or name for any form of roleplaying or posing, this is FORBIDDEN. Elle does not have any social network sites, so do not be fooled by posers!

On that note, perhaps as we discover these things Elle Donoghue or others who feel similarly could be put on a separate list? A "non-claimable" list, so that no one in the future accidentally tries to claim them? The staff can't really be expected to remember these things if the list gets to any length.

I think that likely refers to pretending to be the actress in question, but it's polite to err on the side of caution in this sort of thing. After all, they have the right to ask their pictures not be used.
