MEMBER RUN EVENTS — A GUIDE
We've had several member run events already and they seem to be a popular and fun idea. I've had members asking me about how to get their own up and running, so I've chosen to write up a handy-dandy little guide for you.
Your event must be considered board/site wide which means that at least five member groups need to be able to actively participate in it (this will also get you your plotting mastermind stamp).
While we do like to celebrate birthdays and weddings, don't make yours the same as one that has happened previously. It will get boring for members and your event may unfortunately, become a dud. Think of something that can make your event special and fresh - completely different than any other event! Some examples would be a surprise, games, etc. Masquerade balls are not encouraged. Other events that could be fun would be a bicycle event, sledding, tea parties, picnics, swimming, lawn games, etc.
Fill out this form and send it to Lola on this (Violet Ollivander) account.

Once you have PMed me, I'll work with you on getting the event up and running as well as have you make any edits, if needed. I reserve the right to turn down an event or postpone it for the next month if there are too many events already going on.
