Appearance: Standing on the taller spectrum for women, Celadine stands at an even five foot seven and a half inch tall, with long blonde hair and blue gray eyes. She carries herself tall, and when working at the Hog's Head, wears her corsets too tight, and when doing her side job, wears not even a wrap. Celadine writes with her right hand and does her wandwork with the same hand. Celadine has no taste in fashion, and practically wears rags: what more can you expect from a wench?
History: Celadine was born seventeen years ago, but she never knew her real parents. Dropped off at an empty house, the poor infant was on the verge of death when a couple that had recently suffered a miscarriage found her. Adopting the child as their own the Byrnes kept their daughter, now named Almyra Celadine, very close. The Byrnes were a comfortable middle class family, schooling their daughter in the ways of wearing a corset properly, and how to do things that a proper housewife should do. Until she turned eleven, had no interest in magic, or things of an indescribable nature. Her parents were reluctant to send their daughter away, but nevertheless they did.
Celadine, however, was on her own to buy her supplies and anything else she desired in London. She bought all of her equipment, and received a dual-wood wand. It was beautiful, straight, and she was told that many-a-good-thing would come from the wand, never did Celadine think it would be a curse. Celadine, after receiving her wand, purchased a cat that was a ruddy red color that just mesmerized young Celadine. Several weeks later, on September 1st, 1875, Almyra was on her way to the school of Wizardry. Sitting in an empty compartment with only her cat, now named Saguina, as her company. Upon arrival at the school, Celadine shivered and stared at the other boys and girls that were joining her in their first year at a prestigious school.
As they were called one-by-one, Celadine hoped that she would be one of the firsts and that she wouldn’t be mocked for her nervousness. The large, wrinkly Sorting Hat was placed upon her head and after careful deliberation, shouted “Ravenclaw,” and she moved to the table with the most applause. Sitting in a sea of blue and a light gray caused Celadine to smile and nod to those who spoke to her; that was until a student asked about Celadine’s heritage. Almyra had no knowledge of her true parents, and the blonde haired blue-grayed eye child that was now a Ravenclaw didn’t look like her adoptive parents. Celadine could have been any level of blood purity, and she had no power over anything that could happen because of it.
Three years later, at the start of her fourth year, in 1879, she received notification that her adoptive parents had apparently vanished into thin air, the young girl was forced to make a decision. At Christmas holiday, Celadine left Hogwarts, but not without some heavy spellbooks that included the Patronus Charm and many other defensive spells, and moved into the neighboring community of Hogsmeade. With no money to fund her schooling, Celadine searched for a job. She later found one at the most rundown pub in the whole of Scotland. She started out as a serving girl, making three Galleons every week, and six months later, at the start of 1880, Celadine had been paid twenty-five Galleons to sleep with a man. Her innocence violated, Celadine was truly a wench of the Hog’s Head, and if requested not only serves drinks, but her body.
Personality: Street smart, cunning, quiet, disregard for authority, takes everything for face value. She also has no taste in people, having abusive sexual relationships with males and females alike, Celadine's only desire is getting paid, and getting paid well. Celadine is *known* for having ruined reputations (all NPC).
