May 29th, 1869 → Branwen Rhiannon Beckett was born on a comfortable late spring morning.
September 9th, 1876 → Alethia dies less than four months after Branwen's seventh birthday.
1877 → Hogsmeade Village is established and Wen travels there with Brendan to visit both remaining siblings in Hogwarts. She finds Hogsmeade charming and wishes to return more frequently.
August 15th, 1880 → Brendan gives Branwen their deceased mother's wand after Wen receives her Hogwarts acceptance letter. The feeling of the wand felt so natural. Pegasus wing cores were noted for following females through a certain line. She feels as though a strange new power has come over her.
September 1st, 1880 → Branwen starts her Hogwarts career and is sorted into Hufflepuff house. She is the only Beckett to be sorted into Hufflepuff house after Brendan and Cailean were sorted into Slytherin and Gryffindor, respectively, and Clarissa was sorted into Ravenclaw.
October 21st, 1880 → Cole dies leaving Brendan as the head of the family and primary caregiver for Cailean and Branwen.
November 5th, 1880 → Brendan buys a house in Bartonburg for all of the Becketts to live in if they so choose.
May 1881 → Branwen successfully completes her first year of Hogwarts and is excited to go back.
Summer 1881 → Branwen learns of Brendan's appointment to Transfiguration professor and feels awkward having her brother as professor but she receives no special treatment from him.
October 25th, 1881 → Hogwarts hussies become known and everything related to girls doing “unwomanly” things are notated with bans on Quidditch and mandatory lessons on etiquette.
Present → Wen enjoys Hufflepuff house and school and can't wait for her thirteenth birthday because she asked for a new dress and corset that was apparently all the rage amongst other girls that were wearing corsets in her house and year.
