Eli took the Snitch tenderly, as if being rough with it might only further the problem, though the little golden ball, limp as it was, still seemed just as strong as it always had been. He nodded dutifully as she asked if he was planning on doing what she called 'the right thing,' though it didn't feel very right to Eli. Right woul have been not stealing it in the first place.
"I don't really have much choice, I suppose," he said timidly, wrapping the limp arms of the Snitch around itself and tucking the little ball into his pocket. "I hope you're right. About him not faulting me."
With a little dip of his head, Eli started backing away towards the distant castle. "Thanks for your advice, Miss Swift."
