Is there a way we could have a list somewhere saying what OWL grades each professor requires for their NEWT classes? Because I'm weird and I want to know so Cash can do that Ravenclaw thing he does. ><

I feel totally lazy... I can never be bothered to figure out what grades my characters got as grade have never actually meant more to me then fire kindling. I just know whether they did 'good' 'bad' or 'okay' (or extremely etc) at something. Though that list would probably be usefull...

The hard part about compiling this sort of list is that the teacher sets the minimum grade. It's probably safe to say they're all in the A to O range, but past that we'd need to ask every single professor ...

I suppose saying a character "got a high enough grade to get into so-and-so's class" is slipshod?

That totally works for me actually, Ari. XD It's much simpler, ESPECIALLY since there's always the chance we won't have the same professors come fall.

If they're passionate enough about the subject in his opinion, he'll allow lower grades.

I can tell you now the etiquette doesn't have OWL/NEWT tests. They have to attend all the way until the end of their seventh year so that they can learn to be proper ladies and gentleman and stop being hussies. ;P

Art and Music aren't really magical (or practical xD) so I don't imagine they would either.

... *stares wide eyed* I don't imagine they would but it depends on if Odin was the sort to divide groups based on skill differences and suchhh....

I don't usually pay attention to specific grades either. Just whether or not they do good, average or bad. xD
