The arena is quiet as fans are holding up signs and banners as ‘Nerve’ by Soilwork plays through out the arena as the crowd are on their feet cheering and holding those banners and, posters and signs high above their heads.

Chris Murphy: ‘Hello Ladies and Gentlemen, I am Chris Murphy and right next to me is Joel Mills and welcome to the last UVW Pay- Per- View of 2007, UVW Presents At World’s End!!!’

Joel Mills: ‘Yes and what a night we have installed for you tonight! We have Dave Johnson looking for revenge against UVW’s newest signing and talent, Edge after a sneak attack; we have Clint Macstop battling Torch, also have Dreed taking on who?? For the Main Event we have Jake Jones challenging the Ultimate Violence Champion, Matt Reily for the title in a Satan’s Hell match!’

Chris Murphy: ‘Yes that is correct. But also we have the Round One Tournament for the UVW Universal Championship!’

The scene opens with Scott Cool standing next to a focused Edge. Edge is dressed in full ring attire and looks very eager to get out there.

UVW fans, I am standing by with UVW’s newest acquisition, Edge! And Edge, what are you looking to achieve tonight?

Hold on there, Waldo. That is the stupidest question I have ever heard. What am I looking to achieve tonight? Well I don’t just want a win, I want a damn bloodbath. To win is to suffice my demand. To maul Dave Johnson is to please it. I will have more than a successful debut. I will make a permanent impact on UVW.

Thank you, Edge, back to you, Jo-

Scott Cool wakes up five minutes later wondering what happened. Well, Edge was extremely annoyed that he had such a short interview so he hit a mega Spear in practice for his match.


Joel Mills: ‘Wow, what words by Edge! Scott probably not wondering where the hell he is. Using actions better then words by Edge to show he is going to make a huge impact! Well, lets not waist any time and get straight into it!’

John Simpson: ‘Hello and welcome Ladies and Gentlemen for UVW’s last Pay-Per- View and event of the year! The first contest is the Round One Tournament for the Ultimate Violence Championship. Introducing first, hailing from…’

As that was said, you see Edge flying out from behind the curtains by Dave Johnson, looking very furious as he stomps Edge whilst on the ground. Dave rips off his T- Shirt as he chucks it at Edge. Dave picks Edge up as Edge low blows him. Edge drags Dave down the ramp as he takes a weapon from under the ring. Dave gets up, still feeling the effects of the low blow as he punches him in the back of the head. Dave chock blocks him as he searches under the ring. He grabs a 4x 2 bat rapped with razor wire as he holds high in the air. Dave wasn’t paying attention to what was happening, so he gets kicked in the gut by Edge as he steals the bat. He smashes Dave over the head with it, knocking him out cold. He then chokes him with the bat as DJ is now unconscious. The crowd are booing, knowing Dave has no chance.

Chris Murphy: ‘Damn, Dave tried to gain the advantage, but Edge found a way to come back and fight, now look at him.’

The ref tries to break it up, but Edge just gets angrier and angrier as he applies more pressure. Finally Edge lets go, but monetarily, starts smashing Dave in the face with the bat, breaking the bat in half as Dave’s face is now bruised and battered. Edge then goes towards the turnbuckle, waiting for Dave to get up. After about a minute, Edge notices that Dave won’t be getting up, so he picks Dave up. Edge then bounces off the ropes and nails a vicious spear right onto the wire of he bat.

Joel Mills: ‘Fuck!’

Edge then goes for the pin.

John Simpson: ‘Here is your winner and advancing into round two of the Universal Championship tournament, Edge!’

Chris Murphy: ‘Holy shit, Edge completely dominated Dave. Dave hardly got any chance of gaining momentum.’

Joel Mills: ‘Completely right their Chris. Well lets waist no time and get straight into our next match!’

John Simpson: ‘The following contest is scheduled for one fall and is the Round One Tournament for the UVW Universal Championship, making the winner advancing into the next round.
Introducing first, hailing from London, England, Clint Macstop!’

Three Days Grace – ‘Riot’ plays throughout the arena only for a moment or two before the face of Clint pops up on the tron.

Clint: ‘Okay, sorry to break this to you all, but I am unable to compete here, or any where else due to personal issues. It has been a pleasure working with UVW and hopefully in the near future i can make a return. So, now, I give this opportunity to Torch to advance in the next found for the Universal Championship. I now retire from wrestling, but I will not forget you. Goodbye.’

Chris Murphy: ‘WHAT! ANOTHER WRESTLER OUT OF UVW!!?’

Joel Mills: ‘For Christ sake. At this rate, by three weeks time, if we keep on losing wrestlers, we will be out of business!’

Chris Murphy: ‘Probably. So let’s make the most of it!’

Joel Mills: ‘Yeah, so let’s get into our second last match of the night!’

As that was said, you see Jake Jones (the gm) on the tron looking rather upset.

‘Well, I thought I would have got a wrestler to take on Dreed this week, but I didn’t. So Dreed, he advances to the next round, so yeah, yet another match down for this evening.’

Jake doesn’t appear on the tron anymore as it goes off.

Chris Murphy: ‘Okay, well this sucks. Well then, let’s get into our Main Event!’

John Simpson: ‘The following contest is our main event and is a Satan’s Match for the Ultimate Violence Championship!
Introducing first hailing from Death Valley, he is Satan’s Gift, Matt Reily!’

‘House Of Wolves’ by My Chemical Romance hits through out the arena as Matt enters the arena heading into a large and great ovation as the lights and tron start flickering and the place gets dark and cold. Then fireworks start firing and the lights turn back on seeing Reily standing in the ring with his mask and big red coat.
The cage is now closing down slowly as Matt enters it.

John Simpson: ‘And the challenger, he is the General Manager of UVW, Jake Jones!’

Jake walks from behind the curtains, all keen on winning this match as he walks down the ramp pretty quick, entering the ring. He gets in the ring and taunts as the crowd just boo him.
The cage is now fully closed with explosives around the sides of the cage also with razor wire.

The match- up gets under way with Matt spearing down Jake to the ground and starts pounding his head in with punches. He gets up and taunts as he starts stomping Jake whilst he’s down. Matt then picks Jake up and throws him into the explosives against the cage. He then picks Jake up once again, looking like he will throw him, but Jake then reverses the Irish Whip and Irish whips him into the explosives. Jake then stomps Matt as if he’s saying how you like it. Jake then grabs a weapon that is lying around in there, which is a table and starts to set it up. Meanwhile, Matt is getting up and comes running at Jake. Jake, thinking quickly with great reflexes, big boots the face of Matt, sending him back down.

Chris Murphy: ‘Great back and fourth match so far.’

Joel Mills: ‘Correct, enjoying ever second of this.’

Jake then places Matt on the table as he taunts. Jake as he is walking to go on the top rope, is stopped by Matt. Matt then picks Jake up in a dominator position. He walks over towards the table and nails him straight through it! Matt then grabs a steel chair and starts hitting Jake with it in all places. Matt then taunts to the crowd and takes a quick breather. Before continuing his work, he picks Jake back up and looks as if he is going to drive his head into the explosives. Matt runs with him, but Jake reverses the move and pushes Matt right into the explosives. They go off in his face as Jake runs off the ropes and hits a vicious gore to the gut of Matt, winding him. Jake then grabs the steel chair and starts smashing Matt with it. After about ten hits with it, Jake goes down and goes for the pin on Matt.

Jake looking shocked and amazed can not believe what just happened. Jake then picks up a ladder laying down inside the cage and waits for Matt to get up. As Matt gets up, Jake comes running towards Matt with the ladder, but Matt realising last second and ducks the attack as Jake ran straight into the wall of the cage, sending the explosives go off. The ladder then rebounds into the face of Jake as Matt then German Suplexes Jake. As Jake is suplexed, he is still holding the ladder, so when Jake laded, the ladder drove into the face of Jake. Jake’s face now is a bloodbath. Matt now with full momentum, sets up the ladder in the centre of the ring. Matt then sees a stack of lightbolbs and sets them up near the ladder. Jake now starting to get up, Matt comes running at him and nails an STO onto a 4 x 2 razor wire bat.

Chris Murphy: ‘Jesus! Jake getting his ass kicked at the moment!’

Joel Mills: ‘Can he get back in to the match!?’

Matt then picks up Jake and starts to climb the ladder while holding him. They get to the very top of the ladder as Jake tries to fight it. Matt then executes a beautiful Vertabreaker known as Satan’s Gift right onto the stack of light bulbs down below from the top of the ladder!!!!!!
Matt then feeling the effects too, goes for the pin with his arm reaching over the bloody Jake Jones.

John Simpson: ‘Here is your winner and still Ultimate Violence Champion, ‘Satan’s Gift’ Matt Reily!!’

The cage is now raised as Matt and Jake are all bloody, but Jake is bloody all over as EMT’s start running in with two stretchers, but Matt refuses as he managers to get to his feet, holding his title high as the crowd give him a huge ovation. Jae is now stretched out of the arena as even the crowd cheer him for a good performance.

Chris Murphy: ‘What a great match!!! Loved every second of it!’

Joel Mills: ‘Loved it, loved it, and loved it! That was the end of an interesting night and great 2007 see you in 2008! Hope goes well, Happy New Year!!!’

Chris Murphy: ‘Happy New Year from UVW, and tune into Sunday Night Insanity live next week!!’

The scene fades as Matt walks well limping to the curtains as he holds his title high above his head one more time before the scene fades.
