Mission-09-Darkness Calls, Cam runs this mission

[Kira Phaserman]

Kira sat in her ready room looking over their newest mission this one would make things interesting. Link had set aside a very involved mission. She wrote up the jobs for each of her senior staff. Lock would be put to the test that was for sure. He would be heading up the most critical part of the mission, infiltrateing a planetary Government.

The intel on the planet was very detailed. They were a tyrannical government ruled by a man they called "Yantal" which translated loosely to "The Butcher" They would need to someone how get in to his good grace and kill him and some how help the people to become a democratic government so that they could be admitted in to the Federation. According to the intel they has medical technology that the Federation needed but they would not be considered for admission with the government the way it was and Yantal had refused anyway.

Kira devised the plan. They were a society with women as Slaves. The more female slaves you had the higher your standing. Lock would have to become the Slave master of at least 10 females to have a high enough social standing to even be seen by Yantal.

She would of course ask for volunteers, but that was the tricky part if not enough women volunteered they would have a problem and people would have to be ordered and that wasn't something she wanted to do.

[Camden Locktight]

Lock was just getting done with a video call home, letting his wife know that everything was alright, and that he would talk to her again next week. He tried to do this once a week, but from time to time it couldn't happen do to work. He then got the call from Kira and smiled. =/\= On my way Admiral.=/\=

With that, he left his quarters, and headed to the ready room off the bridge. When he got there, he took and rang the chime waiting to be let in.

Tag Falcon

"Come in" Kira called. "Lock please have a seat, we have a lot to go over and little time before the staff meeting." Kira handed him the P.A.D.D with his assignments for the mission. "As you see you are critical to this mission, I hate to throw you right in to the fire after just getting your promotion, but this needs to be done. I hope your acting skills are up to par" she said talking quickly. "I of course will be with you for a little while but I will have to be the one to carry out the assassination" she said. "I can't let any of you take the fall for this if I am caught." she said knowing Danny would probably be better at this but Danny needed to be protecting the women and Lock.

"Any questions Commander?" she asked

Lock looked over the padd and shook his head. He knew that this was going to be a tough one to do, but he could handle it. He smiled to himself and chuckled. "I know you think you should do the killing Falcon, but do I have permission to pull it off if I am in the position to do it without being caught?"

"I wont risk it Commander do you understand me, you are under a direct order not to kill him" Kira said. Kira looked up as the staff started to file in to the ready room for the morning brief.

Abby enters the ready room "Admiral sickbay is preped and ready for our next mission and knowing this ship I'll probably need those 20 medkits myself and my staff got ready just incase"

Cale got his order to report to the U.s.s. Veroto as the chief Engineer he smiled and thought to himself "damn this is going to be one hell of a posting."

Cale grabs his bags and heads to a transporter he sets the transporter for voice authorization he steps on the transport pad and says "Computer one to beam to the U.s.s. Veroto" as soon he finished there was a flash of light surrounding him a few minutes later he arrives in the Verotos transporter room and he nods at the transport chief.

Cale grabs his stuff and heads to find a turbo lift once found he walks in side and says "Deck 1 main Bridge" the doors close the turbo lift goes up once it stops he steps out on to the bridge and he see the captains ready room he walks over to the door and rings the chime.

Kira looked at Abby "Have a seat Abby we will talk about this in a min." When she heard the chime she was puzzled. The staff knew to just come right in at this time. When she read the mind of who was standing out there she smiled. "Enter Mr. Tucker." she called. When he entered she rose yo her feet. "You have excellent timing. I'm Fleet Admiral Kira Phaserman, though everyone here calls me Ma'am or Falcon" Kira extended her hand, "You will find Mr. Tucker that we are very laid back here, with the jobs we do we have to be." She shook his hand then motioned for him to sit anywhere. "Your just in time for the mission briefing. Have you been informed about our ship, well probably not, we are a highly classified ship." Kira saw Baj enter from the corner of her eye. "Sorry my manners. Rear Admiral Lower Half Baj Tellok, Commander Cam Locktight, and Doctor Abby Locktight, This is Lt. JG Cale Tucker the new Chief Engineer"

"aye ma'am and welcome onboard Lt, we have been needing a skilled engineer no offence Rear Admiral" takes her usual seat

[Cale Tucket]

Cale shook her hand "good after noon Ma'am, admiral, commander and doctor its nice to meet all of y'all and as you asked Ma'am no i have not been informed about the ship everyone i have tried to talk to about it says all they know is its super top secret" he said heading towards the empty seat he sat down and waited to hear the mission briefing. He was looking around and he thought he sensed some other telepaths in the room where he was in he focused and regained control of his powers, ever since he was a kid there was point when there were other telepaths in the same room he'd lose control of his powers.

Lock looked around and nodded to Kira. "I understand, and don't worry, I won't do anything stupid." He chuckled at this and then saw Abby come in and nodded to her.

When the new guy chimed and came in he shook his head. "Hello Lt, welcome to the Veroto, one of the more interesting ships in the fleet."

"While we wait for the others I will fill you in briefly. This ship is a special ship, we are part of a group that according to star fleet doesn't exist. We are part of Lima Force. Lima Force takes on special assignments things that no other captain would dream of doing, our missions sometimes go against the prime directive. All ship to ground and all ground to ground communications are handled using code names. So you will have to come up with one and let me know." Kira smiled. "The mission we are about to undertake goes against everything that the federation represents, If being on a ship like that is going to be a problem you need to let me know right now and i will have you transferred with in the hour. Regardless of if you stay or not you are now allowed to discuss missions or what this ship does with anyone that isn't in this room right now understood?"

Cale looked at Kira and nodded "Understood Ma'am and as for my code name its going to be Static if anyone has a problem with that we can take it to the holodeck and duke it out" he said laughing then he looked around the room and said "so what tech does she have engineering wise and gentlemen and ladies if we have time before the mission i would love to take y'all on in a little weapons practice." he looked around to see the rooms expressions as he wondered if they would take him up on his offer

"Static, I like it" Kira smiled. "and Mr Tucker, a friendly word of advice... stay out of General Hardfighters way hes the resident prankster and don't get on Lela's bad side.. she throws books at people heads that she doesn't like and trust me you'll never see the book coming even if you are staring right at her." Kira smiled at Baj and gave a little chuckle as he beamed about their daughter. "One other person not to piss off is my husband, Gary Phaserman, hes newly retired and a bit of a salty old bastered." Kira said.

When Cale asked about the engineering systems she grinned. "I think you will be pleased. We are the fastest ship in the fleet and you have two engine rooms to work with. Both drives have warp capabilities. After the briefing I will take you down and give you a tour myself." She looked up as the rest of the staff filed in.

"Lt Cale let me introduce you to Brig General Danny Hardfighter, my son, Lt Joseph Frost, my daughter, Lela who shouldn't be here" she gave a warning glance but Lela just smiled. "Lt Paul Hatchet, and Lt Alex Harvey" she said pointing each out as they came in. "Everyone this is Lt. JG Cale Tucker code name Static"

Kira waited for everyone to be seated. "Mr. Lock you have all the information and since your the lead on this mission why don't you start what ever you cant tell them I will"

"Lela Steve's on the holodeck if you want to go and join him, if it's ok with your mother that is Philip's confined to quarters with a cold at the moment and what's the mission Commander unless you'd rather wait until Sparrow is out of the room?"
