We'll, I got the idea from that anonymous dude in the c-box. We have very good people mixing in with noobs. So, in order for that to work, we need groups. Here's the basic outline.

A group will consist of a certain amount of characters from 2-5. 2 is kind of iffy because it will take a long time to keep the story going. 5 is hard cause there will be a lot of people. Anyways, we'll say, for example, there's a Group A with 3 characters. They will go to location A and create an Area A. There's also a Group B with 5 characters. They still go to location A, but to Area B. So those 2 groups will rp for a while.

Then, lets say they want to join in Area C. The only way this can be possible is if the average level of both groups are, at most, one level apart. But, the lowest or highest level in the group can't be at most 2 higher than the group.

Then lets say 3 new people join, they can create another group and go to Location B, and Area B. This will continue and will develop etc...
