[Raro]

Cleoy Appears after traveling in a dimensional rift for days. Blood's smell was in the air, and she sensed soemthing was wrong. *But.. it's nothing I can't handle* She thought. Continuing through the jungle, walking over snappy and crunchy twigs and branches, she made her way to a large stone. *Jsut wha tI was looking for... Wavingher hand, brilliant runes in the shades of purple and magnificent blues lit it up then dissapeared, as the Dark lady walked right htough. *How did she do that!? If she can walk through.... I wonder if others can do too!* the REAL cloey thought, *No... Others may try, and they can stll sense our auras that we're here, but they cannot pass unless they have to ability to smash through a couple miles thick of rock and cooled magma.* came a reply deep in the REAL cleoy's mind. *The darkness is speaking to me once again, but it still wont let me take over, please someone, hear my call, and find me*

He stops and looks at the rock in front of him. The one Master spoke of.

“So you knew where it was all this time”

He shoves her aside and stares up at the rock in front of him. He didn’t have the strength to move such an object but he felt something strange, the same kind of aura Master had given off. He scans the rock running his hands over its ragged surface.

Evil… pure malevolent evil. There is something incredibly dark on the other side of this rock

Xavier grabs the woman by her tattered top and picked her off her feet and stares into her eyes.

“What do you know about this Rock, Harlot?”

Xavier doesn’t wait for an answer as impatience has set in and just tosses her aside into the tunnel wall. He rubs his Dagger at the edges. Perfectly sealed.

This isn’t an ordinary rock, it would seem to be only about a metre in diameter, but it’s a solid wall that I would estimate runs miles into the core. There is now way we can dig our way in, we’d die. These villagers, they know the secret, they know how to get through.

Xavier continues to run his hands over the surface, he suddenly stops. Grooves.

So, that’s the deal is it

Xavier follows the grooves all the way round.

Xavier raises his dagger and slashes his hand and hold sit over the rock, it begins to drip down into the grooves.

“Look Harlot, once I have drawn in all the grooves you are going to study them and find out what they mean. We both share the same goal. To get through”

[Raro]

"Fine.. but I get a share of the secret it holds" She says. Looking closely at the rock, she notices the grooves as well. "It's like... an ancient rune. But I can't read it. There is... a nearby village up north from here, perhaps they would know more of this rock?"

[Kit]

A flash of light appears. When it fades, Yami is standing, scythe at her side.

There is what can best be described as a flash of darkness as a demon older than time itself undoes its cloak. It cannot believe what it was seeing. The one he had waited all these years to get was finally there, just standing there. There were others, all appearing to be both powerful and evil. He had recently ravaged a city, absorbing the darkness of the hearts of all the innocent citizens, as well as causing them great pain and suffering. He was not in his true form: That form was a terrible monstrosity over 50 feet long that was naturally not very stealthy. No, the form he chose was that of a human of average height, wearing clothes suited for an adventurer.

So, it's her. It's finally her. All those years I have sought after the power of a heart that dark. I could cast the entire universe into darkness and chaos, with me as ruler. he listens a bit more. Fools... they're stumped by a stupid old rock? I'll take care of this. A frontal attack would be suicide anyways, so all the better to lure them into a false sense of security. This is it. This is the day when all that loyalty to those pathetic mortals like Relkor finally pays off. I can't wait. He walks over, careful not to draw attention to the fact that the temperature in the vicinity had gone down about two degrees. "Excuse me. I couldn't help but overhear. I believe I can shed some light on this mystery. I am well versed in many languages. " Actually, all of them. he adds mentally.

(OOC: It was only a matter of time before Malthorn found Cleoy. You'll have to decide what the runes mean. )

"With power of light and Dark within one, break the seal and enter. Yet when light overpowers dark, expect your life to end premature, yet when dark overpowers light, pass through the collapsing rock, with no fright reassured" Malthorn reads.

Deep inside the rock, 50 meters or so, Cleoy looks around. *I... remember...* Dropping down a ledge, she falls a few yards down. Then turning to her left, there was a chamber of holes. A large chamber, and the holes were like honeycombs, a great maze of sorts which never ended if the wrong paths were chosen. *...That one* She picked and chose a path, if she were ocrrect, she would uncover more to the mystery, not for others to know, but mainly for herself.

[Sapphire_Flame]

Malthorn decides to wait outside the maze for Cleoy. Cleoy didn't seem to notice his true identity, which was good. He couldn't care less what was inside, he was more interested in obtaining the power of the living rather than the nonliving. Such stupidity among mortals. They think a mere tool can grant them true power, a mere discovery can grant them happiness. I watched the world being created with my own eyes: I've seen heaven and hell, and I've seen into the hearts of mortals. The Dark Lady's folly was thinking she could escape death by inhabiting another body. However, I can profit from her mistake. True power shall be mine.

[Raro]

(((there's a rock in between them that's about 50 meters in width...Cleoy's inside, while the rest of the characters are outside. And. The seal is almost inmpossible to break. Remember, I mentioned a village up north? Hint hint)))

Yami suddenly felt a chill run down her spine. There are more dark forces than just "her" here.

Raising her book in the air, its pages flipped by themselves before stopping. Glancing at what lay there, she trembled with fear. "I'm in for a fight of a lifetime. Perhaps two even..."

A shadow loomed behind her, waiting to strike...

[whisper=Kit]Ok, Yami can break the seal. Cause she's a beign who had "Light overpower dark" Though her enetering will make the cave collapse. She's can transfer to ghost world and back so t doesn't affect her the falling rocks. But wait till the other characters leave to go to the north village first ok?Wow... thi whisper thing is really cool :P Read the scrolly newsbox for more info.[/whisper]

Turning around, Yami saw nothing behind her. Glancing again at the maze, Yami got a strange feeling. Something's not right. I shouldn't go in there.

Turning her gaze to the north, Yami saw a village. "Perhaps I'll get answers there."

Walking towards the north, Yami suddenly felt a pain in her neck. Agh! The pentacle... It had not bothered her for decades, and the pain made her collapse.

The last thing she heard was a faint rumble in the distance.

The village girl looks around, then begins to walkt owards the village north of the jungle. Using hand motions to tell Xavier to follow her.

[whisper=Raro] I forget which character was the one who drew a pentagram. Was it Xavier? [/whisper]

"I've lost my best weapon. She was the best thing I ever had."

A man was crouching near an old book. Flipping through the yellowed pages, he stopped. A malicious grin spread over his grim face. "Perfect."

Shuffling towards a shelf, he opened a jar and took out some black hairs. Some of them had an odd golden tint to them, but he paid no mind to that.

"Soon, you'll be mine alone. This time. You won't be able to escape."

Yami, though unconscious, felt a chill rip through her very soul.

[whisper=kit]Yes, it was xavier. Btw, I'm waiting for your characters at the academy, I think you may have forgotten about them[/whisper]

Yami noticed a stone radiating a large amount of dark aura. This is it. Placing her hands on the stone, she sent light pulsing through it. "Dark Lady, come out of there."

BOOM!

Yami, realizing that the seal had been broken, she rushes in almost without thinking. Once inside she realized it was too late. (to take a break, AND turn back) As the rocks began to collapse... fast! *Just what the seal said. The strange human spoke of it, when he read it! when dark, turns to light, the rocks will fall!* And she ran, faster than she had ever before, but now the rocks were advancing too fast. *I can make it!* Ahead of her was a clearing deep in the stone. She makes a dive for safety, and makes it, as the cave entrance stopped the oncoming flow of falling rocks. Ahead of her were the large catacombs, *The Dark Lady's Aura, she was definently here, not long ago* Tunnels A and B, had no scent of the aura, but Tunnel C, stank of it. (((I will leave it to Kit to continue from here)))

Outside, the rocks had fallen and so securely in place, now there was no seal left to break open, and there was no entrance yet either. The fallen rocks had barricaded the cave entrance even more, and now there was no way to enter from this angle. The village girl had made it back, and to her disbelief, the strangely dressed girl had disappeared. *She must've done this to prevent our entering!*

[Sapphire_Flame]

Malthorn noticed that there were boulders blocking the way. "So, the entrance has been sealed, huh? Big deal... Out of the way, miss. Don't be too startled when I do this, but..." Malthorn transforms into his true form, a monstrous demonic image. He charges up energy and releases it in Corruption, and creates an enormous black beam. "Don't be surprised if you feel weak. That's just the darkness of your heart being used to fuel my attack. Sorry you had to bear witness to my true form..."

[Raro]

Quite a large segment of the cave was blown apart and accessible, but not quite enough. It only made it about half a mile deep.

The village girl was panting heavily, *What a horrific creature, so strong, he drained my spirit so much, I feel like I am half dead, and yet have not even encountered battle this entire day!*

Silence...

The smoke was everywhere, so Yami couldn't see a thing. However, she could sense the dark aura that the cave reeked of.

It's everywhere. How am I supposed to pinpoint her here?

Holding up her scythe, Yami waited for something to happen.

[Raro]

Then slowly, tunnel C began to glow a dark orangeish green. The color of the dark lady's eyes. (((sorry so short, waiting for sapphire's answer as well)))
