Advertising: To start off, advertising is, at the moment, not allowed anywhere on this site. We are trying to keep TOA clear of ads, which helps to block spamming and such. Breaking this rule results in immediate banning. Also, using the excuse that you did not read the rules will not help you out in any way, because not reading the rules is breaking a rule in itself. Do not send advertisements through PMs, because we view it as spamming and it certainly will be dealed with as severely as advertising on the forum. Although, you can include the link to your site in your signature, or as your homepage. Keep in mind that the content of your site must follow the text and content rules. If the content is questionable, then it will be removed and you will be warned.

Backseat Modding: If you arn't a moderator, please do not attempt to correct another person. One, it isn't your job. TOA has people who have been asked to do that, and I assure you they will do their job well. If you see something that you think should be corrected, PM a mod or admin and we will take care of it. Just look at the list of people that are avaliable to be contacted, and do so.

Duplicate Accounts: Each user on TOA is allowed only one account, and they are expected to use that one account. If you lose or forget your password, contact an admin. They will change it if you wish. If you'd like to have your name changed, also contact an admin. Remember that not all requests may or will be fulfilled. Never create a second account to make a second character. Once you reach the rank of Planter, you can create a second character in the same topic as your first, as with the ranks of guard, chef and council. Each member is allowed to have up to four characters once you reach the council rank. Duplicate accounts will be removed from the forums.

Passwords: Do not share or give away your password to anyone. You are responsible for your account, not us. If your password is used to destroy the forum in any way, realize that you are still responsible. Please don't give out your password!

Language: This forum is for everyone, all ages, so please keep the language and content of your profile and post rated G. We expect everyone to contribute to the effort of keeping FDP a clean, halthy society for people of all ages. This includes violence, excessive use of bad language, or anything that is suggestive and may upset younger viewers. Remember that this forum is not based on you, and that it would not be fair for us to provide the exception to one member and not the others. If you have to think about whether something is appropriate or not, chances are it isn't. So don't put it on here.

Personal Messages (PMs): Personal messages, or PMs, are great ways to contact others in privacy, but because PMs take place of TOA, they need to follow the guidlines that regular forum topics require. Do not ever block our staff from PMing you because, chances are, what we have to say is important and you need to hear it. Your priveledges will be revoked if you do this. Also, be sure to limit the amount of messages in your inbox. If your inbox becomes so full that you are unable to receive messages, your privaledges will be tooken away.

Flaming: Any flaming of members, Admin or anyone else on TOA is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. If you do not like something about the forum or there is something that you think isn't right, please PM an Admin or Moderator, and we will be absolutely glad to hear what you have to say. Although, you posting immature posts such as "This isn't fair!" or "I hate it here!" or "No one ever listens to what I say/ No one likes me!" will be ignored and removed and you will receive a warning. After the second offense, you will be banned.

Graphics and Art: Okay. Not everyone does this, but there sure are people out there who do, and will. The main purpose of TOA is for people of all ages to enjoy and have a clean, fun role-play. Never post inappropriate images to be made into signatures, avatars or any other type of image. Please understand that we are in no way whatsoever trying to stop you fromenjoying yourself. We just need you to keep the suggestive, violent or upsetting material out of TOA so others will feel more comfortable when visiting us. If you are having second thoughts about something that you are about to post on the forum, chances are it is going to be considered innapropriate. Just don't post it. Also, please do not hastle the artwork staff. They are working extremely hard to please everyone on here, and they don't need the extra pressure and stress of members pushing them into finishing their work. If we see you doing this, we will give you a warning. The next step will be bannishment.

Spam: Spam on TOA will absolutely not be tolerated, at all. Once we see spam on the forum, it will be deleted immediately without warning and the person who posted will be PMed about it shortly after. We expect you, as members of TOA, to respect and help keep a good enviroment for others. Please help do so by reporting spam to us.

Sexual Content: Okay. This is a whole subject on it's own. We understand that it must happen sometime, but we demand that you keep it limited to over PM, or request a hidden topic that only you and the other character can view. This forum is one for all ages, and we will not tolerate members placing blunt chat about sex on our forum where the younger viewers can read, because frankly, it's unnacceptable. If you have any further questions about this topic, PM an Admin and we will provide an explanation.





Warning: You will be warned through a PM by the staff. When PMed, we expect you to heed our warning and stop whatever you are doing to receive it. No excuses.

Moderated Posts: If you continue to break the rules, we will take further action. All of the posts that you make will be read and checked before posted on our forum. If they do not meet approval, they will immediately be deleted.

Rank Degrade: The next step in your punishment will be rank degrade. In other words, you will be moved back one rank, such as from shopkeeper to villager and so on.

Temporary Banishment: This means there will be no posting, no PMing, no anything on our forum until the staff feels that you should be allowed to come back to our community.

Permanent Banishment: Exactly as it reads. You will be permenantly banished from the forum, with no way of redeeming yourself. Enough said.
